Job Title: Building Maintenance Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our building's facilities. You will be working closely with colleagues from various departments to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the building's physical condition, ensuring heating, lighting, and ventilation systems are functioning properly

As a Building Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for providing engineering support to our facilities. This includes performing repairs and servicing of M&E systems and building services.

• Manage fire command systems such as BMS, Fire Alarm, and ACMV.

• Monitor and record consumption spikes in BTU, water, and electrical usage.
