Main responsibilities- Provide Hong Kong payroll and operational support services relating to payroll services to clients
- Perform regular and supplementary payroll processing runs for Hong Kong
- Processing and disbursement of Hong Kong payrolls on time with a high degree of accuracy
- Plan, coordinate and assist with payroll across all Hong Kong payroll and ensure that payroll cycles and deadlines for multiple clients are adhered to by all parties involved in the payroll cycle.
- Perform Monthly submission of MPF & IR56 tax report.
- Perform reconciliation, reporting & submission of Hong Kong Year-end Tax
- Ensure that all payroll services provided are in accordance to organization policies and agreed work details with clients meeting the Service Level Agreement.
- Perform payroll payment process via generating fund request to Payments Team
- Understanding of HK Payroll law and policy as it pertains to service center support models and implementation
- Experience working in an outsourcing environment or have managed large-in-house payroll headcount will be an advantage
- A good working knowledge and understanding on the whole payroll processing cycle including filing of government claims and tax submission
- Solid experiences handing Asia Pacific Region (APAC) or international payroll and associated rules of countries
- Proficiency in MS Office with strong MS Excel skills

What is your mission?
We are looking for an experienced quality assurance/customer experience professional to join our Project team. The specialist will be responsible for the quality and customer experience of the sales representative ensuring processes, product knowledge and selling technique is effective in accordance with the project needs and KPIs. Work closely with other departments (e.g., product, sales, marketing and technology) to ensure alignment between financial plans and business strategies
Provide commercial finance support to the business, driving value creation in key growth areas
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA
Minimum of 10‐15 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably with at least 5 years of experience in a U.S.‐listed or U.S. reporting environment (e.g., Nasdaq or NYSE)
Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. regulatory and reporting requirements, including experience with Sarbanes‐Oxley (SOX) compliance and PCAOB audit standards
Strong accounting background, preferably with prior working experience in Big 4
Exceptional strategic thinking, financial analysis, and problem‐solving skills
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels
Good to have:
Native or professional fluency in English and Cantonese, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with local teams and stakeholders across Hong Kong, Singapore, and other APAC countries.
