Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC to lead and drive end-to-end hiring across the APAC region. This individual will play a critical role in building our talent pipeline, elevating our employer brand, and ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent across diverse functions and markets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiting professional with strong stakeholder management skills, regional expertise, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
The position will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in NYC.
A Day in Your New Role:
- Manage, coach and develop a team of professional Recruiters across APAC
- Strategize with leadership teams in APAC around hiring plan strategy, employer branding, compensation analysis, talent and market mapping and retention
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to develop and refine job descriptions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Utilize our ATS and other recruiting software to track applicants and manage workflow
- Maintain a high attention to detail and the ability to work with hiring managers to prioritize roles to meet hiring needs
- Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit from a variety of different sources
- Track and report on the recruitment progress so that we achieve our hiring targets across the organization
- Actively own 2–3 priority roles at a time while driving the overall quality and pace of hiring.

Qualities You Have
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related fields required
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment required

- Deeply knowledgeable about various APAC markets such as China, Japan, Singapore and India
- Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates using direct sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Mynavi, Naukri and other local job boards
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong attention to detail and an effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to drive results and lead global strategies
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin preferred
- Willing to travel up to 25%

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in business development preferably in crypto/financial services/technology/strategic consulting/venture capital industries
- Proven experience in crypto business development
- Solid understanding of crypto trading, market making dynamics, liquidity provision, and exchange operations highly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently to drive projects forward
- Ability to positively approach new challenges and opportunities, using creative thought processes to solve problems
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Global experience highly desired

Job Responsibiltiies
Market Research
- Conduct audience research and gather data to inform and refine targeting strategies
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, digital trends, and performance marketing best practices to maximise campaign effectiveness
Paid advertisements campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns across key platforms (e.g.Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Rednote and Google)
- Develop and manage offline paid marketing campaigns to complement digital efforts
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, generating weekly and monthly reports and recommendations
- Support lead generation through performance-driven campaigns focused on matchmaking services and event registration
Marketing events and ad-hoc activities
- Collaborate on email marketing efforts to drive leads and engagement
- Assist with offline event promotion, including digital amplification and local outreach
- Provide ad-hoc marketing support as required to ensure successful campaign execution and brand visibility
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing paid marketing campaigns, ideally in a consumer-facing brand
