· To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
· To supervise all Civil, Structural and Geotechnical building works, both permanent and temporary
· To review Contractor's design and submission and supervise all works associated with Civil and Structural works
· To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits (NOA, NOC, POWS, TM approval, PTD, PTW, etc) and clearance to work
· To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures whenever necessary

Requirements:

Position Overview
The Vice President - Civil Engineering, Singapore is responsible for the design, construction and implementation of Data Centers across all regions, ensuring it meets the strict quality and expected performance levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain design standards, design prototypes, and template specifications related to site design.
- Provide technical analysis, advice and input in civil and structural design and capacities.
- Manage multiple fast paced projects simultaneously to ensure all projects are delivered within cost, quality and time parameters.
