(Role Overview)

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in driving sales of innovative HVAC solutions to major projects and customers. The role offers the chance to work closely with engineering and product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients, while also organizing regular technical training for installers.

(Responsibilities)

Some of the key responsibilities of this position include approaching new potential installers as authorized installers, monitoring installation quality, identifying salespeople within each installer team and training them on how to sell GREE products, working with the engineering and product teams to develop tailored solutions for customers, completing monthly sales targets and meeting required number of installer authorizations and registrations, and organizing regular technical training for installers.

(Requirements)

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project sales, ideally within the HVAC or broader building services industry. They should also possess strong technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and their applications, excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with customers, ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales goals, familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards, and a relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.

Purpose of the Job:

Execute the sales delivery in the designated end market sector to meet sales forecasts and KPI’s.
