- Manage sales activities for multi-brand / model commercial vehicles, including internal combustion, electric, and hybrid vehicles.
- Source for new customers, service and manage existing assigned customers to achieve/exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Purchase all types of pre-owned commercial vehicles for inventory replenishment.
- Manage the selling process, including customer servicing, follow-ups, and attending to sales queries, including walk-in customers.
- Manage customer accounts, including required documentation, vehicle-related issues, outstanding payments, and other matters.
- Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
- Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates.
- Develop professional knowledge in automotive sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge.
- Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
- Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred.
