Job Description
Manage sales activities for multi-brand / model commercial vehicles, including internal combustion, electric, and hybrid vehicles.
Source for new customers, service and manage existing assigned customers to achieve/exceed sales targets and objectives.
Purchase all types of pre-owned commercial vehicles for inventory replenishment.
Manage the selling process, including customer servicing, follow-ups, and attending to sales queries, including walk-in customers.
Manage customer accounts, including required documentation, vehicle-related issues, outstanding payments, and other matters.
Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates.
Develop professional knowledge in automotive sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge.
Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred.
A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry.
Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears.
Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn.
Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members.
Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
