About the Job
This role reports to the Director of Technology. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in engaging stakeholders to define project requirements, selecting suitable vendors, and managing the delivery of services, software and setup of hardware, and Project Manager/Quality Assurance work for projects.
The Role
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and document detailed project requirements. Stakeholders include – internal and external stakeholders.
- Vendor Selection: Experience with RFPs and RFQs. Identify, evaluate, and select appropriate vendors to meet project needs.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all milestones are achieved within the specified timeframe and budget. Involve in various stages of the systems development life cycle using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies.
- Documentation: Ensure proper documentation, comfortable with writing and reviewing of Functional Requirement Documents.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and vendors to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success, including awareness of cybersecurity risks.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of project deliverables to ensure they meet the defined requirements. Managing bugs and tracking to completion.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
- OKR and KPI Tracking: Define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and performance.
The Person
- Bachelor Degree in relevant fields.
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in business analysis and project management, preferably with focus on stakeholder and vendor engagement.
- Experience in the Healthcare industry will be a plus.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification; proficiency in both waterfall and agile methodologies. Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Experience in defining requirements and delivering IT hardware and software implementation project.
- Proficient in managing Active Directory (AD) services, defining access rights, and implementing efficient onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices related to AD and access management, and understanding of cybersecurity principles, including data protection and threat management.
- Understanding and deployment of clinical IT environment, Health Information Bill (HIB) cybersecurity requirements for systems, data, policy and team player with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Operating knowledge of standard CMS systems.
- Clinical IT and Clinical Management Systems (CMS) deployment experience are essential.

Serve as a liaison with government agencies and customs authorities across APAC, supporting inquiries, audits, and trade-related engagements.
Required/Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, Law, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade compliance, ideally in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
Strong knowledge of Import/Export, HTS/ECCN classification, licensing, and APAC trade laws.
Experience with SAP GTS or similar GTM platforms; familiarity with Oracle Cloud is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
