A dedicated technical support specialist is required to provide expert assistance in the installation, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of healthcare equipment and systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with the ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve recurring problems and plan scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Perform Installation, Test/Commission, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM), repair and troubleshoot on healthcare equipment/system.
- Respond, monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Plan and schedule PM or CM.
- Provide post-sales support when required.
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors, contractors and customers for projects.
- Assist project team in project execution.
- Attend to service calls.
- Collaborate and gather feedback/prospect and share with team members.
- Any ad-hoc duties or calls as assigned.
- NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with software assisted technical service diagnostic and testing equipment.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in relevant field. Entry level candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome.

- Accept customer and prescription information required to process new and refill prescriptions, including refill authorization from doctor offices.
- Retrieve medication from inventory.
- Create prescription labels and put them on prescription containers.
- Place medication into prescription containers.
- Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions and input customer and prescription data into the computer.
- Assist with maintaining the Pharmacy department by keeping it clean and in order.
- Assist in inventory management processes including order review, inventory returns, restocking shelves, and physical inventory preparation.
