Your key responsibilities
As part of a core engagement team, you will work on various strategy and transformation initiatives. Projects will include market entry strategy, growth / turnaround strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, divestments, cost and organization transformation and rapid value creation.
Lead independent projects or modules within engagements, including structuring the module, gathering data, conducting analysis, and formulating recommendations.
Share and align findings with clients to ensure understanding and agreement.
