About the role:
- To work closely with Service Operation Team Leader and Planner for daily job assignments.
- Ensure daily jobs are written in MAM and is synchronize as soon as the work for the day has ended whether job is completed or not to ensure that productive labour hours are captured daily.
- Report and escalate incidents or risks observed in the workplace.
Perform any other task given by immediate Superior.
On arrival at customer's premise inform person-in-charge before any jobs are being carried out, to avoid interruptions in production or any other business interruptions from customer end.
- Wear proper PPE upon entering customer premises.
- Perform LMRA and generate TIA report when applicable, implement correct working methods, use correct service tools and observe all safety rules and regulations.
- Perform all instructions given in the scope of works as per service work order for preventative maintenance and repair works on Beaconmedaes, Atlas Copco, and competitor machines. Operating parameters (pressure & temperature) before & after maintenance works shall be recorded in MAM.
- To perform troubleshooting and diagnostics works for Beaconmedaes, Atlas Copco products within own scope of technical & service competence.
- Clean the machine after the job and maintain cleanliness in compressor room during and after job completion.
- Test run and monitor the unit, record all readings to ensure units are running at satisfactory conditions.
- Generate MAM report reflecting job done, parts replaced, machine status and recommended corrective actions aside from operating parameter data and spent hours.
- Explain to customer the content of MAM report that customer has to sign. This form as proper machine handover after job completion.
Inform customer about NPS and that they will receive a survey. Encourage the customer provide feedback on FSE work performance by responding the survey.
Generate service leads for other compressors/dryers inside the compressor room- Personally commit to 24/7 service program
To attend various service certification training as organized by technical manager, service academy, QMS or CTS Division to develop and acquire product and technical competencies of various Beaconmedaes, Atlas Copco equipment
- Continuous knowledge development through virtual and face-to-face training arranged locally or abroad.
- Provide support function to other FSE and to technical team as and when required.

Experience Requirements
