- Forecasting & Budgeting: Contribute to sales forecasting and budget planning to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with our product portfolio of medical consumables and disposables, understanding their features, benefits, and applications to effectively guide the sales team and address client questions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory position is preferred.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and the ability to analyze financial data to drive business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience with product line management and a deep understanding of market dynamics within the medical consumables sector.
