As a product manager, you will the client, project team and collaborate with fellow product managers, solution architects and technical services consultants to deliver leading-edge digital solutions in the domains of healthcare finance, regulation, disease outbreak, data analytics and corporate systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Problem Definition & Research
- Lead stakeholder engagement to identify and articulate clear problem statements
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to understand existing gaps
- Gather and analyse user feedback to inform product decisions
Strategic Planning & Vision
- Define and communicate compelling product vision and end-state goals
- Develop high-level product strategies and theories of change
- Align stakeholders around strategic priorities and objectives
Solution Development
- Identify and evaluate potential solutions to address validated problem statements
- Design and execute experiments to test key assumptions
- Create and maintain product roadmaps based on experimental outcomes
- Lead the refinement of business, technical, and design specifications
Implementation & Stakeholder Management
- Drive implementation of necessary policy and business process changes
- Coordinate with stakeholders across government agencies
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical capabilities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Agile Delivery
- Own and refine the product backlog
- Lead sprint planning and management
- Work closely with engineering and design teams
 
Requirements
- Holding a Degree in relevant discipline
- Having a minimum of 7 years experience as product manager
- Having experience as product owner for health care products/health care industry/health care domain
- Having experience in public sector domain will be an added value

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on expanding our market share.
Main Functions & Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities, client needs and develop/ implement effective sales strategies
- Develop efficient channel strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
- Regular business review with major channels (key accounts) and distributors
- Monitor sales progress to achieve monthly KPIs in terms of Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Speed to Market.
- Lead the distributor to achieve business objectives to penetrate into new outlets within the assigned channel
