What you'll be doing
- Oversee day-to-day operations across healthcare settings or service points to ensure efficiency and quality standards

What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Business Administration/ Healthcare Management or related studies
- 1 - 4 years of working experience in healthcare operations (hospital, clinic, or healthcare institution) is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders and frontline teams
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with healthcare digital tools such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and patient management platforms
- Exposure to automation, data analytics, or AI-driven tools for process improvement and service efficiency will be an advantage
