Position Overview
This role supports the effective and smooth operations of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. The position focuses on managing communications, public relations, media, marketing, and administrative responsibilities to ensure well-coordinated and impactful execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing initiatives, digital content creation, event planning, and budget tracking, while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the department’s visibility and operational success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the events calendar for the Orthopaedic and Hand Surgery departments
- Conceptualise and execute departmental events and outreach activities
- Develop marketing strategies and patient education materials relevant to the departments
- Create content for EDMs, posters, digital panels, and social media platforms
- Build awareness of departmental services across digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Review and update website content, improve user navigation, and collaborate with clinicians for content development
- Create engaging visual content (e.g. videos, reels) for clinic digital displays
- Monitor SEO trends, assess digital content performance, and refine strategies for improved visibility
- Draft memos, briefs, and invitations for departmental events
- Undertake other duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Key Requirements
- Degree in Marketing Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of design software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Develop, plan, create, schedule, and distribute content with boosted posts and paid media.
- Optimize ad spends daily to achieve maximum efficiency globally.

- Launch ad campaigns and build ads in ad serving platforms (Ads Manager & Power Editor).
- Conduct A/B tests in ads to understand factors driving business forward.
- Ability to read and comprehend clinical papers, assimilate information, and present analysis creatively in posters, slide sets, reports, and publications.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of digital and social media platforms, their features, and audiences.
- Knowledge of Meta Ad Manager and experience in running ad campaigns is beneficial.
- Ability to create and conceptualize medical content.
- Clear, concise scientific writing style with high attention to detail.
- Superior collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience and adaptability: ability to reprioritize within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Intermediate level in MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google for Work products (Google Analytics, Sheets, Slides).

職務内容:
This position creates and executes segment marketing plans and sales campaigns to grow volume, revenue, and profit within targeted segments. He/She collaborates with other groups to ensure the right messages get to the consumer through all communication channels. This position identifies targeted markets, researches buying behaviors, and translates buying behaviors into value propositions for customers. He/She builds and presents marketing tools and information to internal stakeholders to gain approval of marketing plans. This position monitors and reports performance of marketing initiatives to Senior Management to explain variance to plans and outlines key learnings or issues. He/She conducts meetings with internal groups to explain benefits for new offerings and how to position new programs and offerings in the marketplace.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages project lifecycles, including project scope, resources, schedule, initiation, start-up/design, building, and deployment to see projects from beginning-to-end.
- Develops project plans (i.e., detailed plan, milestones, and work breakdown structures) and assigns tasks to resources to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Builds and presents marketing tools and information to internal stakeholders to gain approval of marketing plans.
- Provides subject matter expertise to ensure marketing plans are on target, to clarify product positioning issues, and make changes to the plans when necessary.
- Communicates with marketing sources (e.g., sales force, segment managers, pricing region and field marketing managers, Business Information Analysis, Pricing, Customer Service Center, etc.) to gain insight into the needs of customers.
- Reviews segment sources (e.g., periodicals, financial reports, field reviews, etc.) to stay current on trends and issues that impact customers.
- Uses financial analyses of projected growth in targeted segments, products, or program groups to determine future target markets.
- Identifies strategic implementation opportunities of key customer issues to develop alternatives in incentive plans, product repositioning and new approaches to the marketplace.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Possess at least 7 years of related industry experience in Freight Forwarding and/or Warehousing and Distribution
- Prior people management experience will be advantageous.
- Working proficiency in building and presenting marketing tools to support business objectives
- Possesses strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution
- Display excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for engaging diverse stakeholders
