  • Experience in procurement, billing, project coordination, or rostering is a plus

(Senior) Executive, Financial Control
to join our Finance team. You will play a key role in supporting financial closing activities, managing fixed assets, and ensuring strong compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of
monthly financial closing
processes in collaboration with internal teams and shared services.
Support
statutory reporting and audit activities , ensuring compliance with the latest IFRS standards and internal financial policies.
Manage operational finance processes, including:
Purchase requisitions and orders
Fixed asset management , such as:
Leading and executing fixed asset verification exercises
Ensuring accuracy of asset registers and compliance with accounting standards
Reviewing asset movements, disposals, and impairments
Partnering with asset custodians to uphold accountability and control
Expenditure management , including review of payables and accruals
Review and analyse financial data and reports to support decision-making and reporting accuracy.
