Job Title: Senior Clinic Consultant
We are looking for a Senior Clinic Consultant to fill this challenging role. As a Senior Clinic Consultant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including registration, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records, and cashiering.
You will also attend to customer inquiries, deliver top-notch customer service, and build sustainable relationships with patients to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and retention.
In addition, you will connect with patients, follow-up, monitor and continuously assess patients' treatments throughout their recovery process to help them achieve the desired results.
Other responsibilities include maintaining detailed and accurate treatment records and supporting the clinic's day-to-day operations, performing Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) to help patients enhance their overall health and wellness, working with physicians to develop suitable treatment plans and dispensing medication as prescribed for every patient, educating patients about the clinic's products and services effectively, performing the packaging and labeling activities of medications, sanitizing, maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the treatment rooms and clinic equipment.
Achieving monthly personal and company sales targets without hard selling is also an important aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will assist in monthly or quarterly clinic promotional activities and propose new strategies for business growth.
The ideal candidate will have preferably 5 years of sales experience in the retail/healthcare industry, with prior healthcare/clinic/massage and spa setting experience being a plus. Relevant beauty and service-related qualifications such as CIDESCO/CIBTAC/WSQ/ITEC are also desirable.
A strong passion and interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or healthcare industry is essential, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to situations and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused, self-motivated, sales and service-oriented individuals with good interpersonal and communication skills are highly sought after.
