The role primarily involves the following:

The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in either (1) data and analytics or AI strategy and execution, (2) commercial strategy and market access and/or (3) operational excellence and supply chain within the Healthcare or Life sciences sector. Ideally experience in consulting is preferred
- Relevant Healthcare and Life Sciences professional qualifications
- Strong project management experience. Ideally qualifications (eg PMP) or demonstrated experience leading complex projects end to end
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience and interest in interfacing with senior industry executives
- Flexible, creative and innovative approaches to problem solving with a learning mindset
- Comfort operating in a regional environment across Asia Pacific

- Understanding how to take the solution ideas to clients, to drive business development, manage accounts, and ultimately deliver project engagements
- Supporting identify and develop market and client opportunities related to trends in digital, data and AI in the sector to bring innovative solutions to clients and shape market impact
- Support market and client business development to shape ecosystem impact and drive client outcomes
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 7 years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, with demonstrable credentials in one or more of the following areas:
- PM experience leading data, analytics and AI solution projects (data science). From design all the way to implementation and management
- Experience delivering such projects in healthcare and/or life sciences. Ideally experience in consulting
- Demonstrated experience with cross functional and cross geography stakeholder engagement and team management
- Ideally Agile delivery certified (ie Scrum Master, PMP) / other relevant qualifications
- Diligent project management skills; SDLC project documentation, proactive actions, decision, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement and change management
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience and interest in interfacing with senior industry executives
- Able to come up with flexible, creative and innovative approaches to problem solving with a learning mindset
- Comfortable and confident in ambiguity, complexity and shaping conversations for convergence, options, decisions and outcomes
- Familiar with operating in a regional environment across Asia Pacific
