The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in either (1) data and analytics or AI strategy and execution, (2) commercial strategy and market access and/or (3) operational excellence and supply chain within the Healthcare or Life sciences sector. Ideally experience in consulting is preferred
- Relevant Healthcare and Life Sciences professional qualifications
- Strong project management experience. Ideally qualifications (eg PMP) or demonstrated experience leading complex projects end to end
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience and interest in interfacing with senior industry executives
- Flexible, creative and innovative approaches to problem solving with a learning mindset
- Comfort operating in a regional environment across Asia Pacific

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinic Officer (Inventory Support cum Finance Admin) to join our team in Orchard.
This role involves working 5.5 days a week and requires a high level of proficiency in various tasks including just-in-time inventory management, finance administration, and purchase order processing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inventory levels using Ms. Excel for planning and updating purposes.
- Raising purchase orders for the procurement of medicines and other essential items.
- Purchasing topicals, clinic essentials, stationery, and PCare products.
- Updating topical and PCare master files and price lists.
- Tracking, confirming, and reporting on delivery status and unfulfilled purchase orders.
- Handling electronic payments, banking-in, and month-end bookkeeping activities, including income/expenditure and accounts payable.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
