This role is primarily focused on supporting the population health research projects within our unit. Key responsibilities include managing participant flow, conducting interviews, and providing logistical information for study procedures.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public health principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

Post-secondary qualifications are required, along with a good command of spoken English and Malay/Tamil/Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien/Teochew languages. At least one year of customer-facing experience is also necessary.

Candidates should be proficient in using tablets for data entry and be able to manage their time effectively.

A team player with a service-oriented approach is highly valued in this role. We are looking for someone who can adapt to new situations and work well under pressure.


Benefits

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with an option to work Saturdays or Wednesdays. A monthly salary range of $2,300 - $2,900 is offered.
