  • Bachelor/Master in a quantitative discipline: Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics/Biostatistics/Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or related field
  • Good analytical and numerical skills with experience using data analysis tools such as Stata/R/Python to solve real-world problems
  • Able to take a broad, strategic perspective while drilling deep to understand business needs and challenges
  • Good in stakeholder and change management
  • Organised, structured and meticulous
  • Good analytical, writing and oral communication skills
