Job Opportunity:
Gym Operations DirectorWe are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our fitness center. As Gym Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of programs, classes, and activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of coaches and staff members, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
- Coaching and Mentorship: Actively coach and mentor students in ninja warrior, parkour, gymnastics, obstacle course racing, and fitness training, ensuring they receive proper guidance to improve their skills and confidence.
- Lesson Plan Development: Work closely with coaches to create and develop weekly lesson plans that align with curriculum goals, ensuring that each class is engaging, structured, and effective in developing students' abilities.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with parents and students, and handling any inquiries or concerns.
- Administrative Collaboration: Work with administrative staff to manage the booking system, schedules, and student registrations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with administrative staff to handle billing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records of payments, overseeing financial reporting to ensure smooth operations.
- Inventory Management: Work with administrative staff to manage gym equipment, supplies, and merchandise inventory, ensuring stock is adequately maintained, ordered in a timely manner, and properly organized.
- System Management: Have in-depth knowledge of all systems used by the gym, ensuring proper usage and troubleshooting of these systems to maintain efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
- Manpower Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of coaches and staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all programs and classes, optimizing staff scheduling to align with peak operational hours and demand.
- Resource Optimization: Develop and implement efficient resource management strategies to maximize facility utilization, monitoring and controlling operational costs to improve profitability.
- Program Development: Assist in planning, developing, and implementing new programs that engage kids and help them improve their fitness, agility, and ninja warrior skills.
- Facility Management: Ensure that gym facilities, equipment, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Marketing and Community Engagement: Assist in promoting the academy through local events, social media, and outreach programs to attract new students and retain existing ones.
- Health and Safety: Enforce safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants, especially children.
- Business Growth and Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and customer retention, identifying new revenue streams and partnership opportunities to expand business.
