- Create and develop integrated project plans (scope, timeline, resources, cost, and risk) for all assigned projects.
- Oversee a fully functioning R&D laboratory, including literature research, equipment procurement, logistics, and development of lab work processes.
- Prepare all internal and external documentation, including technical reports, operational manuals, and funding proposals.
- Actively establish commercial models and network sin line with the pilot project to enable global scale-up and commercialization.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Prepare and deliver demonstrations of client's technology on demand to stakeholders and potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the team on technical development and joint funding proposals.
Team Leadership
- Train, mentor, and supervise subordinates, monitoring progress against defined work plans and KPIs.

- PhD in Plastics/Engineering or related sciences discipline with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Or Masters degree with 11 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 14 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading cross functional project teams in a complex, international and multicultural environment.
- Experience in material application as an engineer/ researcher with the appropriate background to manage R&D and pilot projects.
- Experience in the ability to commercialize &/ornew solutions or tech applications.
- Experience operating a P&L unit &/or was responsible for a P&L unit.
- Industrial experience in manufacturing &/or supply chain
- Takes full ownership and responsibility to replicate and scale the Singapore Plastic Circularity Project in Japan, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Europe (UK), and other priority regions.
- Maintain a high level of international travel readiness, with no delegation of critical travel responsibilities without prior written approval.
- Establish and manage the full supply chain of markers, raw materials, and solution providers to support global deployment of client's plastic solutions.
- Ensure supplier quality, cost-efficiency, and compliance with all relevant consumer, production, industrial, workplace health & safety, environmental and country/region regulations and standards.
