Job DescriptionSingapore Art Museum (SAM) is seeking to fill the role of Head, Partnerships & Patronage, responsible for leading the Partnerships & Patronage department. As a self-motivated and results-driven professional, you will be tasked with managing a team of two employees and report to the Acting COO and CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement an annual fundraising and partnership strategy aligned with SAM’s vision and goals.
- Identify potential new partners and establish relations with corporate organizations and benefactors to support SAM through corporate giving, in-kind sponsorship, individual giving and legacy schemes.
- Foster and maintain relationships with current donors to steward, retain and steer them to the next level of giving.
- Support and partner with Board Members on fundraising initiatives, cultivating external alliances to enhance philanthropic support.
- Support and follow-up on high-level strategic sponsorship pitches.

Group Internal Audit (GIA) is an independent function supporting the Standard Chartered Board and Executive Management team. We do this by helping
protect the Group’s assets, reputation, and sustainability. GIA represents the Bank’s third line of defence, we also provide independent assurance on the
effectiveness of the management control of business activities (the first line), and the control of processes maintained by risk frameworks and policy owners
(the second line).
About the programme
Our 10-week Internship Programme gives you the opportunity to gain first-hand experience working on real-world problems, hone your skills, create lasting
relationships, gain insights, and discover your strengths. Throughout the programme, you’ll acquire the skills for immediate success, as well as understand
what’s required for the future as our industry and your career evolve. A strong performance on the programme could lead to a graduate job offer.
Through this immersive programme, you’ll learn about our Group Internal Audit (GIA) team and the processes, people and roles. You’ll gain a thorough
understanding of what a career within the GIA team could look like.
Your programme will include:
- A one-day orientation introduces you to the Bank and your fellow interns
- Four days of classroom instruction on our products, our business, and our bankers
- On-the-job training and technical seminars to support your learning
- Performance reviews and support of managers, mentors, and buddies
- Presentations by senior management (speaker series) and engagement with executive management
- Networking within the GIA business function and across other divisions
- Engaging in community service

We’re looking for team players with excellent academic achievements and extracurricular activities, with strong collaboration, project management and
technical skills, with the desire to innovate and challenge the status quo.
You need to be a penultimate year student, able to intern in June 2025 and start full-time employment in July 2026. You’ll have the permanent legal right to
work in the country you’re applying to.

• In UK and UAE, we consider candidates requiring visa sponsorship. In UAE, priority is given to UAE nationals.

Overview
The Head of Partnerships APAC at Klaviyo will lead all Partner business for the APAC region, including ANZ, Singapore, Japan, India and Rest of Asia. This role will ensure delivery against all partner sales targets for APAC while building a geo expansion plan beyond ANZ. You will manage a team (~15) in partnerships with significant room for growth, and will lead, develop, and execute the plan for partnerships for 2025 Q4, 2026 and the long-range plan ). This includes talent management, organizational design, evolution of agency, tech and SI ecosystem, and identification of new partner types and partner models to drive significant growth. The Head of Partnership Sales APAC is a pivotal role, collaborating closely with Partner Leadership and across GTM and product leadership as we shape the business for future growth. This role has a seat on the APAC SLT shaping the future of the region.
You will build a high-performance partner sales team that reflects Klaviyo’s core values and the partner team’s key virtues, leading by example in data‑driven action, customer obsession, continuous learning, resilience, integrity, candor and ownership.
In This Role You Will- Lead and rapidly scale a high performing partner sales team of partner managers supporting Entrepreneur, SMB, MM and Enterprise segments; in conjunction with our SVP, set the vision and growth strategy for Partner Sales for AMER and outline a multi-year path to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Set ambitious targets and create detailed plans to deliver, prioritizing efforts for maximum impact on partner/customer and business outcomes
- Set a data-driven operational cadence to create pace in a fast-growth environment
- Drive excellence in our partner sales motions, scaling our messaging and sales mechanics to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, marketing, sales, solution architecture, finance, legal and customer success to deliver end-to-end customer experiences that translate into strong revenue growth
- Oversee all partner management and engagement aspects, in partnership with partner leadership, People Operations, and Sales Enablement, to cultivate a culture of inclusivity, resiliency and integrity
- Develop partner sales leadership with empathy, partnership, and expertise
- Deliver executive-level presentations and business reviews to diverse audiences
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 10+ years of sales management experience; experience at a hyper-growth SaaS company preferred
- 7+ years leading front-line partner sales managers and directors
- Proven ability to profitably and quickly scale revenue, including driving new business, cross-selling, and retention (experience growing revenue quickly at scale $50–100M+ a strong plus)
- A strategic go-to-market operator with an understanding of growth levers across product, marketing, partners, and success
- Proven ability to build customer empathy and provide input to product development to meet customer needs
- Strong leadership with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
- Experience operating in a cross-functional environment and delivering outcomes
- Analytical/problem-solving, data-driven mindset
- Strong coaching skills and a growth mindset focused on team development
- Results-oriented, highly motivated, able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and presentation presence to a variety of external and internal stakeholders
