Role Overview
The Head, Partnerships & Programmes will play a critical role in driving HMI Managed Healthcare’s strategic growth through two core pillars: Strategic Partnerships and Care Path Programmes .
You will build, own, and scale partnerships with financial institutions, hospitality providers, medical concierge services, and other organisations with large customer bases. At the same time, you will take end-to-end ownership and grow our flagship Care Path programmes (e.g. Weight Loss, Women’s Health, Men’s Health) — from commercial strategy and business planning to launch, execution, and performance optimisation.
Additionally, you will lead the planning and execution of wellness or partner events, working closely with partners and internal teams to deliver impactful initiatives that enhance engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and create new revenue opportunities.
This role requires a commercially minded leader who can create robust business plans, negotiate complex contracts, and execute programmes that drive measurable impact across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
- Develop and execute an overarching partnership strategy to grow MHC’s presence across affinity organisations, financial institutions, pharma companies, wellness, travel, and lifestyle sectors.
- Create detailed business plans for each partnership opportunity, to support the adoption of various HMI Managed Healthcare services, including health services, health screenings, telemedicine.
- Lead partnership contract negotiations and manage commercial agreements to ensure maximum value creation for both MHC and partners.
- Build co-marketing opportunities, including pharma-funded campaigns and overseas medical concierge partnerships.
- Manage and grow existing affinity accounts with structured account strategies, ensuring stronger value delivery and engagement.
Care Path Programmes Ownership
- Plan, launch, and manage Care Path programmes (Weight Loss, Women’s Health, Men’s Health), partnering with clinical leads, HMI Medical Centres, and external providers & partners.
- Own programme business planning, including commercial strategy, pricing models, pilots, and national rollout.
- Drive adoption and revenue growth for Care Path programmes across HMI’s ecosystem.
- Collaborate with HMI medical professionals to ensure programme credibility, quality, and market competitiveness.
Events & Partner Co-ordination
- Lead the execution of partnership-driven events and wellness initiatives, ensuring flawless delivery from concept to completion.
- Work closely with CRM teams, Marketing, external partners, and vendors to coordinate event logistics such as booths, health talks, roadshows, and engagement activities.
- Ensure seamless branding, customer experience, and partner satisfaction at all events.
- Track participation, lead generation, and ROI, using insights to refine future events.
- Integrate event execution into broader partnership and Care Path strategies to maximise reach and revenue impact.
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- Define and monitor KPIs for partnerships and programmes and conduct post-implementation reviews and improve processes for stronger ROI and scalability.
- Anticipate industry trends and adjust strategies proactively to maintain competitive advantage.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years’ proven experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial strategy & execution.
- Strong ability to develop business plans, financial models, and ROI projections.
- Track record of successfully negotiating and managing large-scale commercial contracts.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, financial services, or related industries will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate should share the belief that ‘together is better' and that communities can be empowered to give their best towards a more caring, inclusive and compassionate society.
This role focuses on the project management and stakeholder engagement portfolio to achieve the objectives of the B.A.G.U.S. Together (BT) initiative.
Understanding our Stakeholders
Groundups are informal groups which embody the spirit of giving and rally the community to respond to issues arising within communities. They diversify and strengthen the Giving Ecosystem by creating innovative solutions, offering opportunities for informal volunteering, and encouraging a sense of ownership within communities. The BAGUS Together team journeys with everyday individuals to start and sustain their own non-profit initiatives. We're passionate about enabling people with ideas to solve social issues through the power of the community.
Core Duties
- Lead the overall project management of BT objectives, including managing the grant disbursements with funders, monitoring the budget and KPI progress, as well as reporting to internal and external stakeholders until FY27.
- Lead the impact measurement / programme evaluation efforts of the initiative, by working with the appointed impact assessment vendor to produce preliminary, mid-point and final impact reports to internal and external stakeholders by FY26.
- Lead the BAGUS Together team and provide inputs and guidance, as necessary, to various BAGUS Together workstreams to deliver the overall objectives of the initiative (e.g programmes, marketing, website development, partnerships, stakeholder engagement).
- Build relationships with groundups by engaging them through regular conversations and providing advisory service to address challenges they face.
- Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Business, Social Sciences or a related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience working in partnerships, programme management, community and stakeholder engagement roles in the non-profit sector
- Proven leadership experience with strong collaboration, listening, and empathy skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to independently manage internal and external stakeholders
- Strong planning, project management, and programme implementation capabilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Passionate about the non-profit sector and making a meaningful impact
- People-oriented team player with a collaborative and client-centric mindset
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in complex or uncertain environments
- Embraces a growth mindset and is open to new ideas, continuous learning, and giving/receiving feedback
