About the Role
Work with Head of Operations, Claims, Healthcare, other Group Stakeholders across AIA and current and existing providers and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to drive and implement strategic initiatives and projects to support AIA's Integrated Healthcare Strategy (IHS).

- Onboard and perform due diligence on new providers and/or new initiatives with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to ensure adhere to regulatory and AIA guidelines
- Collaborate with Provider management and Healthcare team on oversight of the network providers in ensuring they comply with the outsourcing requirements, meeting service delivery standards, active clinics management and achieving cost containment initiatives including performing annual audit and due diligence.
- Review and collaborate with Operations , Claims, Healthcare and Analytics to enrich data quality for healthcare analytics and provider management
- Represent Corporate Solutions at Healthcare Steerco to drive and provide insights on Integrated Healthcare Strategy relating to Corporate Solutions and Joint Healthcare initiatives including submissions to Group Office on healthcare specific targets and KPIs.
- To join regular engagement of key providers , intermediaries and key clients to showcase healthcare partnerships , benefit design changes and steerage opportunities.
- Develop business case(s) and obtain stakeholder approval for various opportunities / initiatives identified.

- At least 8-12 years working experience in corporate solutions, health insurance , medical providers and/or third party administrators (TPAs) supporting corporates
