Key Responsibilities- Establish and lead the Legal Department according to the company's business growth and strategic needs.
- Provide legal advice and support for corporate governance, M&A, commodity trading, and overseas industrial project development.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements in multiple languages, including English and Chinese, to meet business and regulatory requirements.

Head of Legal & Compliance plays a vital role in providing strategic leadership in the management of legal, regulatory compliance and AML risks, and is also instrumental in the shaping and accomplishing business goals and strategies.
The role reports to the CEO and the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Legal and Compliance team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) 
- Experience in a financial institution environment and dealing with key regulators is a must. 
- Experience: 7-10 Years 
- Deep understanding of capital markets business and regulations in accordance to industry standards and practices. 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
