Job Description

Location:

Remote (Global). We are looking for the best person on the planet for this role, wherever you are.
Compensation:

$7,000 - $10,000 USD per month, plus a significant, early-stage equity stake.

Let's be clear: this is not a standard "Head of Content" job. This is a role for a creative systems-builder who wants to architect the future of AI-driven media and own a piece of a potential unicorn.

The Mission

Concordant AI is on a mission to build the world's most powerful marketing agents. We are an AI refinery that solves creator burnout by turning proven viral content into an army of scalable, revenue-generating virtual influencers. We are looking for a dangerously intelligent and creative leader to run the human side of our content factory. You will be the "taste maker" and the "systems architect" at the center of our growth engine.

Why This is a Once-in-a-Career Opportunity

  • Work Directly with Proven Founders:

You will be a core pillar of our company, working alongside a CEO who has built and scaled multiple million-dollar businesses, and a CTO with a PhD in Computer Science and 8+ years of elite software engineering experience at Google.
- A True Creative Partnership:

Our founders excel at strategy and pattern recognition—providing the "what" and "why." We're looking for a creative leader to own the "how"—to be the spark that generates groundbreaking ideas and the engine that brings them to life. This partnership is designed to amplify your best work, not micromanage it.
- Define the Future of AI in Media:

You won't just be using AI; you'll be actively shaping our product. Your creative insights on scriptwriting and virality will directly influence our AI models.

What You'll Do

  • Originate Our Next Hits:

You will be the primary source for our new character concepts, content formats, and viral experiments, moving from blank page to execution at startup speed.
- Inspire and Lead the Content Engine:

You will use your energy and vision to rally and mentor a small, agile remote team, transforming them from executors into a creative force.
- Be the Human-in-the-Loop for our AI:

Work directly with our CTO to translate your creative instincts into our AI's logic. Your feedback will be the difference between good and great.
- Analyze and Scale:

Live in the analytics, identify what's working, and build the playbook to scale winning channels from 0 to 1M+ followers.

Who You Are

  • A Fountain of Original Ideas:

You have a rare talent for generating novel concepts from scratch. You don't just follow trends; you have the creative spark to invent new characters, formats, and unexpected angles that break through the noise.
- A Natural Mobilizer:

You have an infectious energy that gets people excited. You excel at kicking off projects and inspiring a team to bring ambitious ideas to life. You articulate a clear, compelling vision that makes people want to follow.
- An Intuitive Strategist:

You have exceptional creative taste and a powerful intuition for what will go viral. You can instantly spot the difference between a good idea and a game-changing one, and you see patterns in the noise that others miss.
- A Proven Winner:

You have personally built a significant following (100k+) on a major platform. You can show us the viral hits and, more importantly, explain
why

they worked.
- Exceptionally Intelligent & Hungry:

You can think from first principles, learn incredibly fast, and have an insatiable hunger to build something massive.

Who This Role Is NOT For

  • This is not a 9-to-5.

We are on a singular mission and are looking for someone who is equally obsessed.
- This is not for someone who needs a lot of direction.

We are looking for a leader who can take a mission and execute on it with autonomy and intelligence.
- This is not for the faint of heart.

You must be comfortable with ambiguity, high-pressure situations, and moving at an incredible speed.

Logistics & Perks

  • This is a fully remote, full-time position.
  • We offer a competitive salary and a meaningful equity stake.
  • Periodic international travel will be required for strategic team offsites in key global hubs (e.g., Singapore, SF, etc.) to collaborate with the founders and map out our future.

  • Edit and adapt videos for different platforms, ensuring quality and audience relevance.
  • Oversee larger productions, ensuring on-set execution matches creative strategy.
  • Direct and guide outsourced personnel or vendors when external resources are needed.
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and account teams to produce cohesive content.

  • Confident behind the camera for quick-turnaround, lower production value shoots.
  • Organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong creative vision, able to lead others when required.
