About the Role

The Division Manager will play a key role in driving the division's growth and operational excellence. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the division's strategy, with a primary focus on our Satcom SI projects and product operations and deliveries, improving cost and quality control, enhancing our brand image, and leading efforts to increase sales of in-house & OEM products locally and internationally. The role will also involve forging and managing partnerships to help us venture into new markets, particularly overseas.

- With strong track records including experience and demonstrate leadership virtues in leading a team of >60 staffs
- Relevant project management and operations experience
- Align to company business goals and vision
- Result driven in delivering assigned Division's P&L KPIs
- People orientated in managing staffs
- Team player and able to deliver under tight deadline and impromptu situation
