The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative HR technology solutions that drive organizational success. You will also support SAP Pre-Sales for various strategic accounts to ensure customer engagement and advisory in the SAP HCM functional Area.

- Lead or support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support projects across SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, etc.).
- Conduct business requirement analysis, design solution architectures, and configure SuccessFactors modules.
- Customize workflows, forms, and reports to meet client-specific needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR teams, providing expert advice on system optimization and best practices.
- Deliver user training, documentation, and support for system go-live and post-implementation phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other HR and business systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Certification(s) in one or more SuccessFactors modules is highly preferred.
