Duties & Responsibilities
Act as a technology business partner to Group HR and Certis Cisco University, understanding user needs and system requirements.
Lead and execute Change Requests activities, including business process discussions, detailed analysis, solution design, development/configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment.
Drive system enhancements, process improvements, and contribute to strategic initiatives that improve SAP HCM capabilities.
Work closely with business partners to identify pain points and areas for improvement within SAP HCM applications.
Ensure compliance with audit and cybersecurity requirements, supporting related queries proactively.
Manage external vendors to ensure adherence to SLAs, timely issue resolution, and high-quality service delivery.
Provide application support to end users, including troubleshooting, timely updates, and constructive communication.
Report to and support the AVP, Deputy Head, ES in managing team operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the team.
Mentor team members on solution design, troubleshooting, and best practices, building capability and ownership within the team.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience leading or managing an SAP support or functional/technical team.
Hands-on operational oversight with strong collaboration across internal stakeholders.
Implementation and/or support experience in HCM modules, including:
SuccessFactors EC/ECP
SAP ECC 6.0 Time Management and Payroll
Hands-on experience with Time/Payroll schemas and personnel calculation rules is preferred.
Recognized Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Demonstrated team leadership with strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
Independent, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
