The individual will assume a leadership role among the therapy team, guaranteeing the provision of secure and high-quality care for residents while ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Conduct assessments and devise plans to facilitate, restore, enhance or preserve mobility and functionality upon admission.
- Regularly review and revise these plans, at least every six months or more frequently if necessary.
- Advocate for the adoption of evidence-based practices in the provision of therapy services.
- Ensure written policies, procedures, and operational workflows are accessible and current to serve as guidelines for the delivery of therapy services.
The ideal candidate must be a registered Physiotherapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) and possess a minimum of 1 year experience and a Diploma in Physiotherapy.
Working Conditions:The position involves working a 5-day week from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. with occasional overtime as required.
