We’re not a large company with rigid hierarchies. Instead, we’re a small team spread around the world, and in Singapore, you’ll work directly with a couple of the managing directors. The role is highly autonomous, requiring you to take ownership of your projects, make decisions independently, and collaborate with our remote team of writers and designers.
What the Role Involves
This is a hands-on and strategic role where you’ll be responsible for designing and executing growth strategies to increase profitability and scale paid marketing efforts. You’ll have the freedom to rethink our current marketing approach and propose innovative solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Create a comprehensive growth marketing plan focused on optimizing funnels, scaling paid ads, and increasing ROI.
- Align marketing initiatives with our product offerings to ensure a seamless user journey.
Executing Campaigns:
- Build and optimize marketing funnels, including writing copy and setting up campaigns.
- Experiment with new strategies and quickly implement improvements based on performance data.
Collaborating and Delegating:
- Work closely with our remote team of designers, writers, and ad specialists to execute your vision.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment with team members to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Analyzing and Reporting:
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Report on key metrics and propose actionable insights for continuous growth.

We are looking for a marketing intern who will help our Growth Marketing team drive customer activation, engagement and retention in support of key growth objectives for both GetGo Carsharing and ZipZap Car Subscription. Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing lead, this position plays an important role for the team in the day-to-day campaign management and operations.
You'll be working closely with our Growth Marketing leads to set up and execute marketing campaigns and communications across various channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, sms and direct mail.
Note: Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time internship (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm) for a minimum of 6 months.
Day to Day Activities
- Support the development of Growth Marketing initiatives across all channels
- Manage campaign setup and optimisation on the marketing automation platform
- Track campaign performance and key metrics, measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation, report on results to stakeholders and management

You’ll work directly with founder Josh Beaver and key leaders to drive growth across every business we own.

This is not a typical ‘marketing job’. It’s a high-performance builder role – implementing the modern growth marketing playbook to disrupt old school industries.
Where You’ll Play
This is a group-level leadership role with massive scope. You’ll work across all our operating businesses plus holdco and founder brand – building a growth engine that replicates and scales across the portfolio.
You will start with:
Business 1
– fast-growing manufacturer of slurry piping systems expanding globally.
Business 3
– technical product distribution roll-up in valves & instrumentation (upcoming).
Holdco
– new holding company brand targeting key talent and owners looking to sell their business.
Founder Brand
– storytelling and content to build audience & authority across multiple platforms.
Our strategy is to grow each business organically and via buying & integrating similar businesses. We will also add new business 'platforms' later and do it again (just better and faster each time).
What You’ll Own

Marketing strategy
– 3-year growth & marketing roadmap across every business and brand.
Build the team
– hire and lead A-players across growth, content, product marketing, and ops.

– strategy, positioning and key messaging for all brands.

– build a high-quality content production engine across all target media & platforms.
Demand gen
– warm outreach, cold outreach, organic content, paid ads – tested, measured, scaled.
Funnel design
– offers, lead magnets, landing pages, nurture sequences, automation, CRO.
Sales enablement
– deal sequences, nurture content, and tools that lift win rates and deal velocity.
Customer marketing
– programs to nurture, retain and grow share of wallet in existing accounts.
Product marketing
– value proposition, segmentation, go-to-market strategy, new product ideas.
Employer brand & recruitment marketing
– attract A-player talent to all group businesses.
M&A marketing
– build acquisition deal flow and integrate acquired businesses fast.

You'll have this experience:
10+ years' driving growth marketing in high-performance environments.
You've built and led high-performing internal teams (not just managing agencies).
You've probably worked for demanding founders scaling private companies (yes – those crazy types).
Ideally you've also got some good brand & content experience – you know what good looks like.
And for a unicorn, experience scaling B2B companies in complex technical sales environments.
We will also consider a Head-level role for earlier-career high-potential candidate who can grow into this Director-level role within 3 years.

We are looking for a marketing intern who will help our Growth Marketing team drive customer activation, engagement and retention in support of key growth objectives for both GetGo Carsharing and ZipZap Car Subscription. Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing lead, this position plays an important role for the team in the day-to-day campaign management and operations.
You’ll be working closely with our Growth Marketing leads to set up and execute marketing campaigns and communications across various channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, sms and direct mail.
Note: Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time internship (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm) for a minimum of 6 months.
Day to Day Activities
- Support the development of Growth Marketing initiatives across all channels
- Manage campaign setup and optimisation on the marketing automation platform
- Track campaign performance and key metrics, measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation, report on results to stakeholders and management
- Assist with ideation and implementation of marketing campaign strategies and timelines
- Collaborate with Communications, Creative and Partnership teams to ensure best-in-class content and campaigns
- Assist with data collection and analysis to support targeted marketing efforts and customer segmentation
- Work alongside internal stakeholders to manage issues and enquiries arising from marketing engagements
