What the role is
As part of the Global Workforce division in Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), you will be part of the Group HR & Operations Technology department and will be the centre of excellence in overseeing HR policies and manage the related HR systems to ensure effective policy implementation across the organisation.
What you will be working on
Centre of Excellence
- Develop and review HR policies including the code of conduct, benefits, transport and other HR related policies
- Provide advice to employees on policy matters, ensuring consistent application across the organisation
- Monitor policy implementation and recommend improvements. This requires effective collaboration and communication across internal stakeholders and within Public Service. It is also important to keep abreast of industry and market practices to stay competitive and relevant with industry best practices.
- Educate, train and communicate on policy updates and changes
Systems and Data Administration
- Oversee Workday system to support the administration of HR policies and benefits. This includes working closely with vendor to configure, test and trouble shoot for system enhancements and issues
- Explore and implement automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline policy administration processes
- Perform data analytics
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with focus on policy administration in Public Service HR is preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation
- Experience in HRIS administration, preferably Workday
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good project management capabilities
The role holder may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Hands-on experience with all types of work passes.
Experience managing multi-outlet or group HR operations.
