As a Graduate Project Support Officer, you will report to the Global VP for Professional Field Services (PFS). You will assist in managing the function operating plan, gain hands-on experience, and develop a deep understanding of regional customer operations, strategic and operational planning, and executive management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Management: Support the planning and execution of PFS operating plan and global projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

• Relationship Management: Liaise primarily with internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to support regional objectives.

• Communication : Draft communications, prepare presentations and facilitate effective internal and external communication on behalf of the Regional VP.

• Transformation & Innovation: Help the company continuously seek improvements and implement new and innovative communication channels, processes and services, with a focus on customer experience.

• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global VP, including coordinating meetings, collecting inputs and preparing reports.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

• Recent graduate in Engineering, Business, or a related field (graduation completed within the last 12 months);
• Strong data analytics skills (including PowerBi skills);
• Strong content creation skills (including PowerPoint skills)
• Fluent in English;
• Motivated and eager to learn;

We are seeking an experienced Graduate Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services) to be based in our Malaysia office. Job Description

• Manage small projects, including research, development, design, coordination, and monitoring of engineering services for Mechanical or Electrical installations, systems, and equipment.
• Develop and specify applications of controls, instruments, and operating systems for building engineering services.
• Conduct surveys, tests, and report on existing electrical/mechanical installations.
• Specify activities to ensure manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Represent the company at technical meetings with customers, professional teams, and contractors.
• Prepare specification modifications (Word or Excel).
• Ensure engineering calculations and drawings meet industry and legal standards.
• Validate input from Intermediate & Graduate Engineers into designs.

Experiences / Qualifications

• Licensed or degree-qualified with sufficient experience in international consulting engineering.
• Working towards MCIBSE/MIEE/Professional/Chartered Engineer or equivalent status.
• Experience in specification design/drawing for at least one building type.
• Good knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and IT-based calculation software.
• Understanding of BS SC standards and international design codes.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Managerial skills and ethical conduct in line with the company's ethics guidelines.
