PURPOSE

Are you a motivated and proactive recent graduate eager to start your career in a dynamic environment? Join our SITA Euro Customer Operations team in Barcelona! Our team is responsible for managing the satisfaction and performance of all SITA customers in Europe. When infrastructures are locally based, we also oversee their operations and maintenance.

As a Graduate Project Support Officer, you will report to the Global VP for Professional Field Services (PFS). You will assist in managing the function operating plan, gain hands-on experience, and develop a deep understanding of regional customer operations, strategic and operational planning, and executive management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project Management: Support the planning and execution of PFS operating plan and global projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Relationship Management: Liaise primarily with internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to support regional objectives.
  • Communication : Draft communications, prepare presentations and facilitate effective internal and external communication on behalf of the Regional VP.

Qualifications EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, Java, or similar
