Key Responsibilities

Some of the specific job responsibilities are listed below:
  • Support the development of the organisational and business strategies, which couldinclude conducting research on topics relevant to their work, tracking and consolidating internal data, supporting all aspects of the annual planning cycle, developing reports and presentation materials, etc.
  • Maintain their suite of internal strategy and business documents, which involves regular tracking and reporting of key data and figures, ensuring information is up-to-date, etc.
  • Support their funder engagement strategy, which could include landscape scanning and prospecting, developing pitch decks/engagement collaterals for potential funders, monitoring and impact reporting, etc.
  • Maintain and regularly update thier key communications collaterals and platforms e.g.corporate brochures, marketing collaterals, website and social media platforms, etc.
  • Perform secretariat functions for Board and Advisory Council-related matters, which could include coordinating and staffing Board meetings and retreats, documentation and minutes, administrative matters, etc.
  • Support Deputy Director (Strategy and Communications) and their Senior Management in other cross-cutting organisational strategy and communications matters, where relevant
Experience and Qualifications
  • With 3-5 years of experience in government and public policy, ideally with some exposure to strategy, planning, and/or communications functions
  • Prior experience in branding and marketing would be an advantage
  • Applicants with related experience in Public/civil service highly preferred

Key Job Responsibilities

Environmental, institutional and process analysis

  • Conduct appropriate field research and analysis to obtain a holistic and practical understanding of the project environment, stakeholders, challenges and goals
  • Prepare and deliver succinct and informative presentations and assessments on the above to management, government partners and other stakeholders

Project scoping and planning

  • Identify and assess opportunities for collaboration between our client and government partners, based on analysis and assessments of the context and challenges
  • Draft or provide input on the project scope, terms of reference, key stages, workflow,costing and deliverables
  • Work with our client's Centres of Excellence, suitable experts and consultants, and thier toolkits and frameworks, to design the project plan and key activities

Project management and delivery

  • Manage the organisation and delivery of project activities, e.g. workshops, facilitated discussions, design sprints, fact-finding investigations, interviews, to achieve project milestones and deliverables
  • Manage project resources in a prudent and effective manner to support project delivery
  • Manage project experts, contractors and vendors to ensure timely and high quality of contracted project deliverables
  • Guide less experienced team members in project management and delivery
  • Anticipate, plan and manage issues that occur in the course of project delivery
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate project presentations, status updates and progressreports to key stakeholders such as government partners, funders, and our client's Board of Directors and leadership

Stakeholder engagement, communication and partnership

  • Develop effective working level relationships with key government partners and stakeholders in Singapore and overseas
  • Engage in necessary work-related travel and/or overseas-based work in the support of project scoping, planning and activities
  • Support the maintenance of partnerships and networks with experts, contractors and service providers to facilitate project work
  • Effectively communicate our client’s mission, story, brand and work when speaking or making presentations to partners and stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • Graduate qualifications from a reputable institution in a relevant area such as public policy,public administration, political science, sociology, comparative politics and economics
  • At least 9 years’ work experience in government and public policy
  • Good understanding of government, public policy and public service delivery
  • Constructive and helpful team player who can work well in groups
  • Independent and proactive self-starter with good sense of initiative
  • Creative problem solver who approaches situations and goals from different angles
  • Experience in engagement and management of senior stakeholders (e.g. senior government leaders, heads of NGOs and international organisations)
  • Good track record of project design, management and delivery to a high standard of quality
  • Native oral and written English proficiency
  • Willing and ready to travel for work and/or conduct overseas project activities

Our client is one of the Largest Technology Consulting Organization .They are looking for a Strong Sales profile with a passion towards Business Development within Technology and Consulting clients.

As a BDM, you are expected to identify, evaluate and win business opportunities in the Technology Sales within Public Sector and Government clients within ASEAN countries - focus being Singapore. The role is based in Singapore.

You will be responsible for creating visibility for “our client ” and forging excellent working relationships with key stakeholders in the identified existing and new target clients.

You should be resourceful and bring the right attitude to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue realization and order booking
  • Relationship building with key stakeholders
  • Supports pre-sales and development of proposals and ensures their consistency
  • Actively participate in the conceptual design of new ideas and the preparation of proposals for internal approval
  • Account planning ( inclusive of forecasting) and Governance

Requirement

  • 8+ years of experience in selling IT services ,prefer experience within Digital Tech space.
  • Deep understanding of the decision making process in large , local and MNC clients ( both Business and Technology sides)
  • Ideally strong in networking and client relationship management
  • Local Singapore BD experience of atleast 5 years
  • Ability to travel - 20%

Job Description

Xtremax is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex application modernization projects within our Public Sector business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and a proven track record in managing large-scale modernization initiatives for government clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of application modernization projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Engage with public sector stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Review the analysis of business requirements and IT solutions specifications and lead the team in developing a detailed project plan
  • Review project plans to determine the time frame, costing and the procedures for accomplishing the projects
  • Execute a range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal, to development, test and final delivery
  • Responsible for project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency
  • Conduct timely project reviews to recommend any changes to project schedules, cost or resource requirements
  • Ensure profitable delivery of quality business systems for external customers are on-time, in accordance with user and system requirements and within budget
  • Document and track project scope, changes, issues and risks that affect implementation
  • Manage and plan the resources needed from user requirement, development of functional specification, testing and user training
  • Work with the technical team to ensure that the requirements gathered are realistic and implementable
  • Establish and maintain good business relationships with stakeholders to influence and achieve business goals
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
  • 5 to 7 years working experience, with min 4 years experience in Project Management and leading Web Application Projects or implementing Content Management Systems preferred
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and modern development frameworks
  • Experience working with government agencies and understanding of public sector procurement and compliance requirements.
  • Has experience in writing software requirement specification/technical design documents.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools.
  • Good written and Strong communication skills
  • Candidates with PMP or ITPM certifications are preferred
  • Candidate with Cloud Certification are preferred
  • Singaporean / Singapore PR that may apply
