The Clinical Intervention Centre Manager will oversee and supervise the department in delivering clinical services. This role ensures day-to-day administrative duties and guarantees the quality of clinical services provided by the department, as well as the strategic development of clinical services for vulnerable children/youth and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the clinical team conducts accurate assessments of individual needs of children/youth/family in areas such as family capacity, emotional stability, peer relations and community profile.
- Develop and implement intervention plans within programme guidelines.
- Maintain positive supportive relationships with children/youth in the programme and provide direct interventions when required.
- Ensure the clinical team works professionally, including protecting confidentiality of counselling sessions and clients.
- Maintain documentation detailing service plans, outcome measures, community contacts and referrals.

- Flexibility in working hours according to programme and client needs.
- Supervise interns, clinicians, counsellors and youthworkers.
- Provide in-house training to upskill and develop clinical skills of BT staff.
- Collate and prepare monthly, quarterly and bi-yearly reports.
- Evaluate and assess relevance of current clinical services and programmes, suggesting improvements to Directors.
- Represent BT at external functions as a management member when necessary.
- Participate actively in fundraising activities and other commitments undertaken by Boys Town.
- Collaborate closely with other staff, departments and components of Boys Town.
- Masters degree in Counselling, Psychology, Guidance and Counselling or related specialist fields.
- Registered Counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SASW).
- Registered Supervisor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SASW).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles.
- Experience working with children/CYP and their families.
- Expertise in evidence-based therapies and interventions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
