About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to oversee daily clinic operations, support staff development, ensure quality patient care, and maintain a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic activities, including team supervision, roster management, resource planning, slots management, and downtime process.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment.
- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of clinic facilities.

- Highly effective in supervision, coaching, and motivating team members.
- Proven ability to work flexibly with changing priorities and deliver customer-focused service.
