- Existing networks with Southeast Asian government agencies (administrative, regulatory, customs, etc.) are highly preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or chain business operations with knowledge of Southeast Asian regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
- Strong command of English as a working language; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Thai is a plus.

Job Scope / Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT implementation projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget.
Serve as the main point of contact for the client, managing relationships, expectations, and escalations.
Oversee and drive the internal project team, ensuring alignment, motivation, and delivery against defined milestones.
Produce and maintain all project management documentation: timelines, RAID logs, resource plans, change requests, and reporting.
