What you'll do:

Lead Osome's global sales strategy to achieve rapid and sustainable growth.

Review pipeline, conversion rates, and sales funnel activity.

Monitor KPIs such as SQLs handled, activity indicators, deal closure rates, deal loss reasons

Run daily sales huddles / stand-ups to track performance.

Set clear performance targets and help remove blockers.

Mentor, coach and support the sales and renewals teams.

Track team and individual performance using HubSpot.

Analyse data to identify trends and areas of improvement.

Who you are:

Experience in a multinational / global tech company

Proven track record in scaling up inbound sales teams and impact in fast-growing companies.

Experience hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Experience managing renewal cycles and working closely with CX teams.

Proven expertise in developing sales strategies for both established and emerging markets (high desired: Singapore, Hong Kong, UK).

Established work experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or a similar senior role within tech organisations.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives

Experience in hiring, onboarding, mentoring and leading high-performing sales teams

Exceptional leadership skills, capable of building a dedicated following within the organisation.
