About the Team
The Global Agency team partners with leading global agency networks to drive the growth of TikTok’s Global Business Solutions. We develop innovative solutions, lead global partnership programs, and serve as strategic advisors to accelerate business growth across TikTok's Global Business Solutions.
As the Global Agency Director, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening C-level relationships and developing strategic, commercially viable partnerships with key global agency leaders. You will oversee complex, multi-market engagements with agency networks and their top clients, and work cross-functionally to scale TikTok adoption, product enablement, and thought leadership across the region. This role reports directly to the APAC Head of Global Agencies.
Responsibilities
Partner and drive global adoption of TikTok's digital advertising solutions through building strategic partnerships with global agencies
Build and foster long term senior relationships with global / regional agency decision makers, as well as their top client counterparts, managing the end-to-end partnership, revenue, tech and data needs
Design overall digital marketing and product development strategies with global agencies and advertisers
Drive thought leadership/strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.g legal, sales, marketing and operations to ensure global consistency across global markets
Collaborate with regional and in-market agency teams on key areas such as relationship-building, GTM strategy and planning, opportunity identification and consultative selling.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Proven experience in agency partnership development and management, ideally within a global or regional remit
Deep understanding of digital advertising, enterprise media solutions, and agency/client ecosystems
Strong C-level stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of translating business needs into scalable solutions
Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams
Preferred qualifications:
Having global & regional experience in managing agency partnerships
Able to lead and communicate across multiple markets
Ability to work several levels of the organization in parallel including ensuring quality implementation within clients and agencies, driving organizational change at the C-level, project management across external and internal departments.
Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales and account management approach
Demonstrated ability to work with and in highly matrixed organizations.

Purpose

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

The C&E Lead is expected to indepently scope, plan and execute on critical end-to-end items within the C&E/Organisational Change Management (OCM) plan. This could include Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Change Impact Assessment (CIA). They will also lead the design & execution of engagement activities targetted at leadership teams and the impact colleague population.

Business

Engagement Activities

  • Partners with the Global Principle C&E Lead, and acts as a thought leader to successfully embed the change.
  • Works with the Programme/ Project Managers (PM), Business Analysts, Design SMEs, HR Comms, other C&E team members and Business stakeholders across the enterprise to achieve the programme's objectives
  • Understand the project lifecycle and ensures all stages are managed appropriately in terms of user engagement
  • Provide strategic and tactical advice to drive sustainable change and partner with external vendors (where applicable) to successfully deliver th project's objectives and benefits
  • Create and implement Engagement & Learning strategies, and supporting execution plans. This will feed into the overarching C&E strategy and plan
  • Produce and own high quality and high impact materials within the C&E plan that drive user adoption and sustainability of change initiatives:
  • Stakeholder identification, assessment and engagement across locations and functions
  • Develop a tailored end user engagement strategy to target specific stakeholder groups, to drive adoption, using the Change Impact assessment as a foundation
  • As the project evolves, incorporate lessons learned into the engagement plan and continuously improve our engagement initiatives
  • Ensure identified business impacts are adequately addressed through business readiness plans, and engagement
  • Work with the rest of the C&E team to ensure consistent content and messaging across engagement, training, commuications and knowledge management
  • Support the execution of business testing, including User Acceptance Testing, Service Rehearsal Testing etc.
  • Partner with Group HR communications & People Capability to ensure key messaging and communication/ engagement strategy is aligned, consistent and utilizes standardized formats
  • Collaborate with leads from other HR and business projects to manage interdependencies, identify synergies and coordinate deployment.

  • Autonomously lead, develop, and execute key C&E deliverables within the overall book of work leveraging best practice approaches, including the S&T COO playbooks and frameworks.
  • Act as advocate for and SME of the OCM/C&E discipline within the broader enterprise.

People & Talent

  • Promote and embed a culture of openness, trust and risk awareness, where ethical, legal, regulatory and policy compliant conduct is the norm
  • Guide, support and develop team members on change management approach and methodologies where required. This incldues developing and mentoring more junior C&E team members.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • PROSCI, Agile Change Management or other certificates are preferred. A demonstrated ability to apply best practice mythology in an 'on the job' context is essentia

  • 4 + years of relevant Experience in Change Management.

  • Experience in complementary disciplines, including CABM and management consultancy, will also be considered

  • Candidates with both in-house and consultancy change management experience are preferred

THE TEAM

The Commodities Bulks Trading desk is responsible for making markets in a variety of bulks products – Iron ore/Steel/Bulk Freight/Coking coal. On a day-to-day basis, team members will be expected to price and execute derivatives transactions, stay connected with market events across commodity markets, and work with the wider team to build the overall business.

JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting in-depth market analysis related to the bulks market (i.e. following industry trends, market fundamentals, client trading activity)
  • Supporting senior traders with structuring, pricing and executing derivative transactions and ongoing risk management of positions
  • Executing and booking of flow-based trades; identifying opportunities for automating execution

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/DEGREE AND FIELD:

  • Strong academic record with minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Physics, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
