We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist (Talent Management) to support the full employee lifecycle from hiring, onboarding, performance management to offboarding This role will work closely with business leaders, employees, and the HR team members to ensure HR processes are efficient, employee-centric, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and ensure alignment with business goals
- Run end-to-end recruitment including post jobs, screen resumes, conduct structured interviews, and manage hiring timelines without reliance on recruiters.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging onboarding experience by overseeing the onboarding framework and feedback loops

- Analyze and interpret performance data and trends to support workforce planning and development
- Partner with leadership on performance interventions, development plans, and talent decisions.
3. Talent Development & Employee Experience
- Support career pathing, internal mobility, and learning opportunities aligned with business needs
- Contribute to the design and implementation of employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on culture-building and recognition programs
4. Offboarding
- Lead termination discussions (voluntary/involuntary), work with relevant function to draft separation agreements, and ensure legal compliance.
- Personally interview departing employees, synthesize trends, and report actionable insights to leadership.
5. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure people practices are aligned with employment laws, common practices and internal policies.
- Assist in policy development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a talent management, HR business partnering, or generalist role.
- Strong experience in performance management and talent development practices
- Confident stakeholder management and advisory skills across levels of seniority
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
