What the role is
As part of the Global Workforce team, you will be responsible for driving key manpower policy-making and decision-making for a global workforce who are residing across 23 countries and passionate about growing Singapore enterprises.
What you will be working on
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyze current and future business needs, review and develop new strategies and initiatives in multiple HR domains such as talent acquisition and development, global mobility, compensation and benefits, etc.
- You will partner closely with leaders and line managers around the globe to provide support in operational people matters and advisory in manpower plans on talent acquisition, management and development. From this, you will deepen knowledge on the various in-market HR legislations and competency in business partnering.
- You will also support Enterprise SG's subsidiaries in benchmarking, aligning and implementing HR best practices and governance in multiple domains from employee engagement to talent acquisition and retention, career development and compensation and benefits.
What we are looking for
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of HR or related experience, with a strong record in business partnering, developing and implementing HR policies for a global workforce.
In addition, we are looking for candidates who have:
- the passion in people-related matters and currently seeking the opportunity to develop and make a positive impact in growing Singapore enterprises;
- the drive, creativity, agility to respond innovatively to challenges and make continuous improvements;
- the ability to toggle between strategic policy and operational work effectively; and
