Our client is a highly renowned player in FMCG. With operations in more than twenty countries and a vast retail presence across several key brands, they have delivered consistent growth in the last four years. Over the last few decades, they have built and acquired other brands and are looking to elevate their global media vision. The Global Director, Media & Partnerships role will drive media buying, agency operations and campaign optimization. This is a team leadership role covering APAC, EMEA, US regions.

Description

The Global Director, Media & Partnerships, will report to the Global Head of Marketing and lead a geographically distributed team. This role requires a strong focus on shaping global media architecture and influencing senior stakeholders. You need to have a rare combination of strategic clarity and operational excellence. You will also provide guidance to other portfolio brands in the group.

The measures of success in this role are:

  • Media strategy: develop and lead the global media strategy that aligns with the group's business objectives.
  • Center of Excellence: establish and lead the loyalty COE, serving as the key resource for brand equity, driver of traffic and transactions.
  • Omnichannel execution: oversee end-to-end media investment across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Partnering brand leaders : establishing trust with regional and brand leaders and aligning strategy & execution.
  • Innovation: pilot and scale innovation in platforms, formats and martech.
  • Talent development: leading a team of senior experts, it will be a core focus to develop in-house talent who can take global leadership roles in the team and head verticals like media buying etc.

Peers in this role will be leads for CRM, Brand & Design etc.

Profile

A successful Global Director, Media & Partnerships - FMCG should have:

  • MBA, Masters in Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline.
  • Twelve or more years' experience in managing media strategy across brand and performance marketing within a globally recognized brand, ideally in a multi-brand setup within FMCG, hospitality or retail.
  • Five or more years in a role with a wide regional coverage, with exposure to APAC, EMEA and/or US
  • Solid track record in using data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and advising the CMO and other CXOs.
  • Strong knowledge of martech/AdTech stacks and comfort working with analytics and finance teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to travel, up to 40%

Job Purpose:

TheGlobal Director – Finished Vehicles holds the primary responsibility of shaping and implementing a comprehensive FVL strategy within automotive, ensuring alignment with industry trends, supply chain management best practices and DP World regions.

By leveraging their expertise, the FVL sub-vertical leader actively contributes to the development of end-to-end solutions, utilizing data-driven insights and collaborating with the ports and terminals team to enhance thought leadership and drive sales. Key Accountabilities:

Vertical Strategy Development :

The Global Director – Finished Vehicles is responsible for formulating and implementing a comprehensive sub-vertical strategy, focusing on staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management within FVL products & services.

End-to-End Solutions Expertise:

The sub-vertical leader plays a pivotal role in analysing logistics data, identifying optimization opportunities, and spearheading the development of fit-for-purpose end-to-end solutions. Collaborating closely with the ports & terminals team and regional management, they contribute to the creation of innovative products that drive thought leadership and sales.

Global and Key Account Management Support:

Acting as a subject matter expert, the sub-vertical leader supports Global Vertical VP, global and key account management by providing insights for end-to-end solutions tailored to customers' needs. They actively contribute to the coordination and management of key account teams, ensuring seamless service delivery. The FVL sub-vertical leader assists GKAMs, RKAM, Key Account Managers and regional P&T management in selling FVL solutions to automotive customers around the world.

Facilitate FVL sales in all regions, selling all DPW services. Lead by example, using FVL / logistics expertise. Goal is to increase DPW FVL revenue 10% ($25M) by 2027 year end.

Thought Leadership and Training:

The Global Director – Finished Vehicles actively promotes thought leadership by conducting training sessions and organizing customer events. They represent the company at industry conferences, showcasing expertise. Collaborating closely with marketing and communications, they develop distinct collaterals and PR materials that effectively highlight the unique offerings of vertical solutions, with the expressed intention of positioning DP World as an expert and leader in FVL products and services.

The Global Director – Finished Vehicles also works with clients globally, conducting meetings with (or in the absence of) Global Vertical VP. He/she functions as a central point of contact for DPW’s FVL sub-vertical and is expected to assist internal and external clients with anything/everything FVL.The FVL vertical leader keeps track of all metrics for the FVL sub-vertical and maintains / creates appropriate collateral, presentations and other materials for use within and outside (with customers) of the FVL sub-vertical.

Working with the Global Vertical VP, ensures high performing & collaborating automotive team promoting engagement and ensuring that everyone is developed and evaluated against goals and objectives which are aligned, specific, measurable, attainable yet challenging, realistic and time bound.

Experience, Skills and Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Extensive experience (15+ years) in logistics and supply chain management, with a specific focus on developing and implementing logistics strategies within the automotive industry.Automotive Finished Vehicle Logistics experience required, including trade lane knowledge, RORO shipping, port processing, vehicle handling/PDI and cars in containers.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective logistics and supply chain strategies within automotive FVL segment, resulting in tangible contributions to business growth and profitability.

Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with large datasets related to automotive (ideally) supply chain operations.

Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence within a logistics context.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex logistics concepts to non-logistics stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience in implementing Lean methodology and driving continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.

Familiarity with logistics technology commonly used in the automotive FVL industry.

Job Description

The Global Director of Data Operations for Research will lead the development and execution of JLL's global data strategy across regions, with responsibility for managing offshore data operations, overseeing application development priorities, and implementing data migration initiatives. Data Management Capability

  • Conduct comprehensive task discovery and due diligence for transitioning work to offshore data management teams in India and China
  • Collaborate with regional onshore and offshore data operations leads to build effective teams, including candidate screening and skill assessment
  • Develop detailed standard operating procedures and oversee work transition through ramp-up, go-live, and post-implementation quality monitoring
  • Dynamically allocate resources across APAC, EMEA, and Americas based on workload volumes and priorities

Research Application Development

  • Leverage extensive knowledge of JLL Asia Pacific Research data and calculation methodologies to guide application enhancement priorities
  • Work directly with software engineers to specify, prioritize, and validate Research data management application requirements
  • Execute testing protocols and approve changes in UAT and production environments
  • Balance evolving needs of local, regional, and global Research teams while maintaining optimal system performance
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify development requirements for migrating Asia Pacific markets to new Research application instances

Research Application Data Migration

  • Partner with data engineers to successfully migrate complex datasets, including aggregate/disaggregate property market data, formulas, and market configurations
  • Implement rigorous testing methodologies for migrated data, manage revisions, and provide final sign-off in UAT and production environments
  • Lead change management initiatives with local Research teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
  • Leverage offshore capabilities to minimize impact on local Research teams during transitions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Real Estate, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate research operations, with significant exposure to data management and systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of property market research methodologies, datasets, and analytical frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience working with research applications and database structures specific to real estate analytics

Job Description

The Global Director of Data Operations for Research will lead the development and execution of JLL's global data strategy across regions, with responsibility for managing offshore data operations, overseeing application development priorities, and implementing data migration initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of JLL Research data and processes who can drive operational excellence and innovation in our research data management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Data Management Capability

  • Conduct comprehensive task discovery and due diligence for transitioning work to offshore data management teams in India and China
  • Collaborate with regional onshore and offshore data operations leads to build effective teams, including candidate screening and skill assessment
  • Develop detailed standard operating procedures and oversee work transition through ramp-up, go-live, and post-implementation quality monitoring
  • Dynamically allocate resources across APAC, EMEA, and Americas based on workload volumes and priorities
  • Identify opportunities for automation and partner with the automation team to develop and implement automation tools to increase efficiency

Research Application Development

  • Leverage extensive knowledge of JLL Asia Pacific Research data and calculation methodologies to guide application enhancement priorities
  • Work directly with software engineers to specify, prioritize, and validate Research data management application requirements
  • Execute testing protocols and approve changes in UAT and production environments
  • Balance evolving needs of local, regional, and global Research teams while maintaining optimal system performance
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify development requirements for migrating Asia Pacific markets to new Research application instances

Research Application Data Migration

  • Partner with data engineers to successfully migrate complex datasets, including aggregate/disaggregate property market data, formulas, and market configurations
  • Implement rigorous testing methodologies for migrated data, manage revisions, and provide final sign-off in UAT and production environments
  • Lead change management initiatives with local Research teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
  • Leverage offshore capabilities to minimize impact on local Research teams during transitions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Real Estate, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate research operations, with significant exposure to data management and systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of property market research methodologies, datasets, and analytical frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience working with research applications and database structures specific to real estate analytics
  • Experience managing global research operations and offshore delivery models
  • Proven track record implementing data migration strategies in a research context
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to translate research requirements into system specifications
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing automation solutions
  • Superior communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across global research teams and multiple stakeholders

About the Team
The Global Agency team partners with leading global agency networks to drive the growth of TikTok’s Global Business Solutions. We develop innovative solutions, lead global partnership programs, and serve as strategic advisors to accelerate business growth across TikTok's Global Business Solutions.

As the Global Agency Director, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening C-level relationships and developing strategic, commercially viable partnerships with key global agency leaders. You will oversee complex, multi-market engagements with agency networks and their top clients, and work cross-functionally to scale TikTok adoption, product enablement, and thought leadership across the region. This role reports directly to the APAC Head of Global Agencies.

Responsibilities
- Partner and drive global adoption of TikTok's digital advertising solutions through building strategic partnerships with global agencies
- Build and foster long term senior relationships with global / regional agency decision makers, as well as their top client counterparts, managing the end-to-end partnership, revenue, tech and data needs
- Design overall digital marketing and product development strategies with global agencies and advertisers
- Drive thought leadership/strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.g legal, sales, marketing and operations to ensure global consistency across global markets
- Collaborate with regional and in-market agency teams on key areas such as relationship-building, GTM strategy and planning, opportunity identification and consultative selling.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Proven experience in agency partnership development and management, ideally within a global or regional remit
- Deep understanding of digital advertising, enterprise media solutions, and agency/client ecosystems
- Strong C-level stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of translating business needs into scalable solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams

Preferred qualifications:
- Having global & regional experience in managing agency partnerships
- Able to lead and communicate across multiple markets
- Ability to work several levels of the organization in parallel including ensuring quality implementation within clients and agencies, driving organizational change at the C-level, project management across external and internal departments.
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales and account management approach
- Demonstrated ability to work with and in highly matrixed organizations.
