The Global Director of Data Operations for Research will lead the development and execution of JLL's global data strategy across regions, with responsibility for managing offshore data operations, overseeing application development priorities, and implementing data migration initiatives. Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Data Management Capability
Conduct comprehensive task discovery and due diligence for transitioning work to offshore data management teams in India and China
Collaborate with regional onshore and offshore data operations leads to build effective teams, including candidate screening and skill assessment
Develop detailed standard operating procedures and oversee work transition through ramp-up, go-live, and post-implementation quality monitoring
Dynamically allocate resources across APAC, EMEA, and Americas based on workload volumes and priorities

Research Application Development
Leverage extensive knowledge of JLL Asia Pacific Research data and calculation methodologies to guide application enhancement priorities

Balance evolving needs of local, regional, and global Research teams while maintaining optimal system performance
Conduct gap analysis to identify development requirements for migrating Asia Pacific markets to new Research application instances
Research Application Data Migration
Partner with data engineers to successfully migrate complex datasets, including aggregate/disaggregate property market data, formulas, and market configurations
Implement rigorous testing methodologies for migrated data, manage revisions, and provide final sign-off in UAT and production environments
Lead change management initiatives with local Research teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
Leverage offshore capabilities to minimize impact on local Research teams during transitions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Real Estate, or related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in commercial real estate research operations, with significant exposure to data management and systems
Comprehensive understanding of property market research methodologies, datasets, and analytical frameworks
Demonstrated experience working with research applications and database structures specific to real estate analytics

Key Responsibilities
The Global Account Director is the centralized, single point of commercial contact for a group of assigned global accounts. They are responsible to create and implement a customer development plan that maximizes revenue for SATS/WFS, leads to a strong strategic win-win partnership between us and our global accounts and increases customer stickiness. The role reports directly to the Head of Commercial for Gateway Services, and will be based in either Dubai, Europe or India.
- Create and implement a multi-year Customer Development Plan for each global account in close co-ordination with internal stakeholders as well as the assigned customers.

- Work closely with regional and local P&L owners, regional and local commercial teams to ensure that our approach and interaction with global accounts is well aligned and has the support of the regional and local teams.
- Develop key commercial contacts within the countries so that they become part of the extended account team serving our key accounts.
Communicate account strategies clearly and regularly within the organization, build support for the assigned accounts from all key functions such as Ops, IT, Finance, etc. - Keep pipeline and account management activities up to date through the provided pipeline management tools/CRM system.
Act as the escalation point for major issues/complaints from the assigned customer group. Co-ordinate internally to resolve such issues and respond promptly to customers to close out the complaints. - Ensure that the global customer contracts database is up to date, ensure the organization is proactively working on key renewals and orchestrate the internal resources, communication and support required to ensure key contracts are renewed with a win/win outcome.

Core responsibilities:
The Global Creative Director is a specialist role, with no direct reports, at OLA (Our LEGO Agency) and it will form part of the LEGO agency Global Creative LT, reporting into the VP, Head of Global Creative.
- Drive creative excellence, and impact on business, by leading and making work on global creative platforms and innovation campaigns for the LEGO Brand.
- Specifically lead creative on business critical innovation projects – aimed at transforming the future of play - bringing to the table your experience with modern, tech-driven brands – and innovative, non-traditional marketing.
- Elevate with your strategic thinking and your excellent work the creative output of the LEGO Brand, always be on the lookout for modern creative solutions.
- Direct, influence and elevate the work of team/teams – senior and junior.
- Work with our Global VP, Head of Creative in producing and deploying 360 degrees communication across the globe.
- Contribute with your though leadership to the innovation of the LEGO Brand – help evolve and re-imagine at key touchpoints on different channels.
- Engage with Senior Stakeholders across the LEGO Group to implement and evolve work.

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is an organization that focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group. The global development is driven out of The LEGO Groups headquarter in Billund, Denmark. Location wise OLA has got 5 main Hubs based in 4 main regions – CPH, AMS, EMEA, China & APAC.
Do you have what it takes?
- Min 10 years of relevant experience with an integrated portfolio and relevant case-studies for innovation and global Brands.
- A track-record of great, influential creative work and solutions, excellent work in the area of innovation.
- Background in advertising with experience at advertising agencies or other creative companies.
- Great communication and presentation skills, able to present to senior stakeholders.
- Able to lead and craft conceptual advertising executions from brief to production.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at a time.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple colleagues and also to lead teams.
- Ability to prioritize, curious about learning, and growth attitude with self-motivated, driven, strategic-minded and a great teammate.
- Experience in making work for modern, preferably global, brands, with multichannel campaigns
- Has experience with managing multiple stakeholders, in multi-cultural environments
