This role involves supporting the HR team in a focused capacity, concentrating on compensation and benefits while contributing to broader HR functions and administrative operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Contribute to the administration of monthly payroll, claims, and statutory submissions.
- Maintain and update employee records related to salary, benefits, and leave.
- Support annual salary review, bonus, and performance appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics related to compensation, headcount, and turnover.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and training logistics.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing, quotations, and vendor coordination.
- Support IT asset tracking, basic troubleshooting coordination, and liaising with IT vendors.
- Help manage office facilities, maintenance schedules, and inventory control.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.

- Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant working experiences
- Experienced working in a start-up environment would be an added advantage
- Proven track record of managing and executing C&B programs in a mid to large-sized organization.
