The Role
- Reporting into the Communications Manager and working closely with Deputy CEO and Director, HR & Crew
- Write, edit and distribute company’s in-house monthly news bulletin and quarterly magazine while working with the relevant departments, and in consultation with the Editorial Board
- Prepare daily news and create content for Sunday reviews to be sent out to crew on-board vessels
- Prepare and assist the Communications team for various branding and or media related reports and initiatives for group companies
- Assist in communications related requirements - presentations, developing brand collaterals, customer survey and employee campaigns
- Assist in social media management and content development
- Assist in planning and executing company townhall, webinar and events
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and prepare meeting agenda and minutes, etc for Deputy CEO and Communications Team. Maintain proper filing of minutes, correspondences and records
- Attend to and assist queries of the Corporate Strategy Team; and
- Perform administrative support, reports and ad hoc duties as and when necessary.

Job Description:
- Developing and executing our global communications strategy in order to enhance our brands, demonstrate thought leadership, and generate positive narratives around our company’s activities.
- Crafting content and communication materials for internal and external audiences, including press releases, website posts, and social media updates. Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent messaging across various platforms.
- Working with the team to execute communication initiatives, tracking deliverables and ensuring timelines are met.
- Performing research and generating insights to support strategic communications decision-making within the team.
- Working with diverse teams across the group on issues and incident management, ensuring timely and effective communication to protect our brands and reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluency in Southeast Asian language(s) and/or Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail, including the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist the Corporate Communication team to manage and execute online and offline branding communication efforts including corporate collaterals, videos, website, social media etc.
Develop, write and produce various marketing communication deliverables.
Support the planning and execution of corporate-wide branding activities and events.
Manage archives of videos, photographs and other primary materials.
Support crisis management planning.
Provide operational and administrative support for the department.
Collaborate with stakeholders including Business Units & Group Companies.
Diploma/Degree in Communications and Public Relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for writing, editing, and proofreading
Photography and videography skills and able to use Adobe software i.e. indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
