We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the administration and operational delivery of our newly launched Master of Science (MSc) in Game Design, Art, and Technology (GDAT). Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in admissions, operations, or administration, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable learning new IT systems or platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a solution-oriented mindset.
