Established in 2020, the Singapore Studio is Riot’s second international game development studio. Riot has been expanding our footprint in Asia and accelerating our talent growth to develop games that deliver great experiences to our players. Game Producer II , you will be working closely with the development teams to produce content from Inception to a successful launch. You will drive development, smash through obstacles, and push projects across the finish line.
Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional development teams to deliver high quality content.
Oversee the production and relationship with external vendors.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors and partner groups across the organization to deliver player value.
Identify opportunities for optimization and continuously iterate on processes and systems to support team efficiency and output.
Proactively address emergent issues to ensure smooth delivery.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and gather requirements.
Facilitate team meetings, including planning, retrospectives and other project meetings.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of workflows, schedules, and project statuses.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of game production or as a producer, with at least one shipped title.
Hands-on experience applying project management methodologies (such as agile) in a development environment.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones and diverse cultural backgrounds.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Airtable.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills, demonstrating a results-driven focus to navigate complex cultural, technical, and product challenges.
Outsourcing experience: Experience collaborating with and managing external development partners.
Game development knowledge: Familiarity with game development pipelines and the various phases of production.
Speaking Mandarin is a plus.

The School of Art, Design and Media (ADM) at Nanyang Technological University Singapore (NTU) invites applications for a one-year Visiting Professor position in Games and/or Animation. ADM is part of the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (COHASS). This position is intended for eminent overseas academics such as international prize recipients or distinguished scholars whose presence will enhance the academic standing of the faculty. The primary responsibility of this role is teaching. Therefore, candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong teaching track record in a current or previous Associate Professor academic level position. We seek candidates with expertise in one or more areas of Games and/or Animation, including fields such as game design, interactive media, concept development, animation, and creative technologies. The appointed faculty will play a key role in supporting ADM's position as a leader in contemporary digital media and design education in the region.
