Job Responsibilities
- E-commerce platform order management and logistics support
- Take active ownership of every incoming and outgoing transaction on time
- Perform data extraction and development of reports for costing/data requirements
- Identify and follow up on customer query to ensure all transaction in order and up to date
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to gather and disseminate data retrieval from the online platform
- Coordinate with 3PL on shipment and last miles delivery
- Follow up closely with the relevant parties to resolve issues and complaints
- Respond to customer enquiries and issues promptly, with completeness and accuracy
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operational job orders and production schedule
- Perform inventory quality control and stock taking on regular basis
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain, or above
- At least 1 to 3 years working experience in logistics/warehousing
