KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Conduct door-to-door outreach at assigned locations to engage potential customers in conversations about solar energy solutions.
- Educate potential customers on the environmental and financial benefits of installing solar panels, with a focus on promoting Sembcorp's solar offerings.
- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude.
- Gather essential custome information to support the Business Development Team in follow-up activities.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, track outreach progress, and provide regular updates and feedback to the designated team leader.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or degree holder in any field
- Prior experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service
- Basic understanding and experience in the energy or renewable energy market is a plus
Skills/competencies & Preferred Characteristics
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
