About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Telemarketer to be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients. Your key mission is to help our clients understand how GaiGai's services can add value to their dating lives. You should be someone who loves talking to people and can confidently promote our dating services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate leads by following up on marketing campaigns, social media, or website inquiries, make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce GaiGai's matchmaking services, and deliver an overview sales presentation.
  • Prioritise warm leads and schedule consultations with Relationship Managers, share primary information such as dating goals and client information with Relationship Managers to ensure proper handover of client data.
  • Track conversations and outcomes, meet call and conversion targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a bonus
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven
  • Able to thrive under pressure, maintain motivation and confidence in the face of objection/rejection
