- Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Operation & Maintenance: Safely operate a commercial delivery van. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy and meets regulatory standards. Maintain a clean and tidy delivery vehicle at all times, reporting any maintenance issues or mechanical problems promptly.
- Delivery & Logistics: Load and unload automotive parts and windshields securely, following safety protocols to prevent damage during transit. Adhere to a predetermined delivery route to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Verify all items against delivery invoices before leaving the warehouse and upon arrival at the customer's location. Obtain signatures and confirmation from customers upon successful delivery.
- Customer Service: Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer questions or concerns related to the delivery. Maintain positive relationships with all customers.
- Warehouse Duties: Assist with warehouse duties as required, including pulling and preparing orders for delivery. Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a delivery or logistics role. Experience handling fragile and/or large items is highly desirable (e.g., glass, furniture, etc.).
- Skills: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent navigation and route planning skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely. Detail-oriented and highly organized.

You will be working alongside the Market Planners and Business Analyst and together you will facilitate product availability and excellent in store execution in the Travel Retail sector in Asia Pacific. You will get to work with all functions in our Singapore office, as well as collaborate with our Global Teams located across Europe.
Your main focus :
**Market Planning**
+ Work with the Global Travel Retail team in Europe to review sets status, assess excess risk and create depletion plans
+ Analyse performance of full portfolio and take ownership for communicating and resolving any gaps in stock availability, stock allocation and shipment versus forecast
+ Lead the Excess Inventory review with the Sales Team
+ Ensure that fill rate KPI is successfully met on monthly basis
+ Support or Lead the non-sellable review (merchandising, marketing & promotional items)
+ Support Demand Planning team with daily tasks and S&OP preparation
**Customer Logistics**
