Overview
We are looking for energetic and passionate memory design engineers to join our Central Engineering Group and be part of an elite memory team responsible for the development of memory compilers and custom macros of all types on the bleeding edge of process technology.
Responsibilities
Analyze different memory architectures and highlight the tradeoffs
Design and build memory or circuit blocks at the gate or transistor level
Simulate and analyze the circuit design using transistor level simulators
Extract the layout and perform post-layout simulations and verification
Floorplan physical implementation and leafcell layout integration to build the physical macro
Integrate characterization flow to extract timing and power information
Develop scripts to automate characterization flow, simulations, and verification
Specify and verify various behavioral and physical memory models
Document the design specifications, behavioral description, and timing diagrams
Specify silicon test plan and correlate silicon to simulation data
Help debug silicon issues
Skillset Required
Knowledge in development of memory compilers or custom digital circuits of all types; SRAMs, Register-files, Multi-ports, ROM, etc.
Good understanding of transistor level circuit behavior and device physics
Good understanding of signal integrity, EM/IR, and reliability analysis
Understanding of memory behavioral and physical models
Understanding of DFT schemes and chip level integration
Familiarity with test setups, silicon testing and debug is a plus
Proficient in running simulators, writing automation scripts, and are tools savvy
Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Motivated, self-driven and good at multi-tasking
Qualifications
Requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of related experience

The Research Associate should be familiar with applied geophysics, data analytics, and/or underground engineering, particularly land and marine geophysical surveys.
The position involves conducting research, supervising undergraduate students, and writing scientific articles.
Job Description
To be involved in a research project related to applied geophysics, particularly land and marine geophysical survey, machine learning and data analytics, and seismic interpretation;
Key responsibilities include conducting seismic survey and developing machine learning algorithms for data analysis;
A MS Degree in applied geophysics or equivalent from a recognized university;
Able to work independently and collaborate with team members;
Good verbal and written communication in English - essential for data analysis and communication with stakeholders
Working or research experience in seismic data processing and/or underground engineering of at least 1 year is desirable.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support Lead Project Manager in project management for industrial park and industrial asset developments in the South‐east Asian Region to ensure works are completed within budget, on schedule and of good quality
Manage the tender process, along with the Procurement Management Team, from pre‐qualification of contractors and consultants, preparation of technical tender documents, to tender clarifications and evaluation.
Support the Engineering Lead in reviewing consultant designs, drawings and specifications so as to achieve optimum design and cost.
Conduct technical investigations for new Industrial parks including preliminary infrastructure concept, assessment of development constraints and issues.
Liaise with various stakeholders including internal Management, project director, consultants, and contractors for matters that arise throughout the development process.
Propose recommendations and implement solutions for all civil and structural (C&S) related matters.
Assist to maintain good records of technical documents for internal audit from time to time.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with a minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Civil & Structural design and project management works.
Familiar with design, Code of Practices, Building and Fire Safety Regulations and Green Building & Sustainability Design e.g. EDGE, LEED.
Prior experience in a consultancy firm and/ or design experience in industrial parks and industrial building assets preferred ; experience in projects in the South‐east Asian Region is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills is required to manage internal and external stakeholders
Possess strong problem‐solving skills and able to work well independently and in teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and other Project Management or Quality Management systems
Willing to travel when business need arises

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to oversee project site supervision, managing the daily operation of the project execution, and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the construction master schedules
• Responsibility for planning, scheduling, controlling the cost of materials, shop drawings submssion, coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects
• Work closely with the project team, planning and deploying resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment, and material.
• Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects, i.e clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors
• In Charge of project implementation, attending site meetings, inspection, and monitoring of project progress
• Prepare for monthly work progress reports and other project related reports.
• Responsible to ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk and always maintain the cleanliness of the work sites

- Preparing as-built drawings for complete project ̈Preparing Master Drawing List and Panel List for the whole project
-Keeping and updating drawing revisions and drawing register ̈Assist the Design Engineer to draft out their required design
-Work closely with Design Engineer and project team to ensure that drawings are accurate and in keeping with design intentions
-Liaise with construction team for coordination , to go meeting to discuss with Main Co. for the drawing requirements if needed
-Providing drafting support for civil and structural works in accordance to the project specifications, and complying with the drafting requirements for submission to authorities
