Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Dining team to ensure excellent service standards are met.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the Dining area.
  • Assist with menu planning, preparation, and presentation.
  • Coordinate food service between kitchen and Dining staff.
  • Ensure smooth operation of front-of-house services, including greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
  • Monitor and control inventory, waste, and losses.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of (X) years of experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry.

  • Good knowledge of hospitality operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
  • Certification in Food Safety or equivalent is preferred.
