Working Hours: 5.5 day work week (Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm, Saturday: 9am - 1pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Staff Meals + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Main Responsibilities:
Administer a Food Safety Assurance System
Investigate findings and identify causes of food safety incidents
Conduct compliance checks and internal audits according to SFA standards across all premises
Rectify food safety issues in line with SFA regulations
Maintain and update ISO 22000 documentation for the central kitchen
Report findings and investigations to superiors
Requirements:
Prior experience in food safety systems and compliance is preferred
Knowledgeable in ISO 22000 and SFA standards
Possess good communication skills and attention to detail

Manage, maintain, and implement the Food Quality and Safety Management System.
Enforce compliance with Food Quality and Safety Policy, MSC COC Policy, and procedures within the company premises.
Conduct daily/weekly routine validation inspections to ensure compliance with CCP, RPR, OPRP, GMP, GHP, and MSC standards.
Investigate and report on non-conformances, including workplace issues and customer returns.
Assist in preparation for customer audits, regulatory audits, and external accreditation reviews.
Participate in internal audits and the Design & Development program.
Perform monthly lab tests, analyze data, and prepare QA reports.
Liaise with authorities and third-party organizations; manage license renewals.
Maintain proper documentation of all works, projects, and reports.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Quality, or relevant Engineering discipline.
At least 3 years of QA experience in the food & beverage or food packaging manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management systems.
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is required.
ISO 22000 / HACCP or FSIS Internal Auditor certification will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and brainstorming skills.
Able to make sound decisions and provide accurate reporting.
Additional Information
Salary:
Up to SGD 3,500/month x 13 months + Variable Bonus (based on individual and company performance)
Time:
5.5 Working days weekly
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.45pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm (Alternate)
