- The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of food products throughout the entire manufacturing process.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
- Identify and report any non-conformances or deviations from established procedures in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production leaders/operators to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
- Maintain accurate records of product and hygiene inspections.
- Implement, maintain, and improve our certifications such as SFA, MSC/ASC, Halal, FSSC 22000, HACCP and other relevant certifications.
**Requirements:
- A minimum Diploma in Food Science or Microbiology is required.
- Candidates should have at least one year of experience working in Quality Control roles within the food manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of FSSC 22000/HACCP/GMP/Halal requirements is advantageous but not necessary.
