Job Title: Senior Building Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily inspections of the building to ensure it is in a satisfactory and serviceable condition.

Key responsibilities include overseeing security management, cleaning, landscape, waste management, irrigation system, lifting system, carpark system, building defects and repair, fire & safety matters.

The candidate will also manage common amenities and facilities in the building, ensuring regular servicing of building components by term contractors.

Additionally, they will coordinate with M&E team on unit fit-out and reinstatement work, act as Company's Emergency Response Team (CERT) member, and control budgets for operations.

Liaising with public, tenants, and authorities on improvement works, and assisting in contract administration and procurement of goods and services are also key aspects of this role.
