**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Provide general administrative support mainly in Singapore with remote or backup support for other APAC sites as needed
+ Ensure smooth day to day operations of the office
+ Update Policies and Guidelines that help provide clarity to services provided.
+ Point of contact with facilities management and coordination for maintenance, repairs and other services
+ Front office support - coordinate visitor access and handling visitor queries.
+ Coordination of inbound and outbound shipments from various sites with trade compliance, courier providers and custom.
+ Procurement of office supplies, upkeep requirements and inventory
+ Overall coordination and negotiation with all service providing vendors
+ Work closely with the services and finance team to ensure timely production of purchase orders and processing of invoices/payments.
+ Maintain physical or electronic filing systems for contracts and documentation
+ Travel - handle travel queries from employees and support hotel arrangements/ground transportation (when not available in CWT).
+ Support internal meetings and events logistic
+ Ensure office EHS compliance and coordinate Workplace Safety Programs
+ Support regulatory submissions, audit & reporting
