The Yard is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Location Manager to spearhead the launch and lead operations at our brand-new Perennial facility. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of building a location from the ground up – shaping systems, processes, community relationships, and the customer journey from day one.
About the Role
As the Location Manager, you will be at the heart of launching The Yard's newest site. You will oversee daily operations, membership growth, financial reporting, and customer service, while also setting up essential systems and embedding The Yard's culture in a new community. Working closely with the Marketing and Leadership teams, you will ensure strong uptake across classes, camps, and events, positioning Perennial as a flagship location.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the launch of The Yard Perennial, establishing all systems and processes for a smooth opening.
- Drive community engagement by building partnerships with schools, parents, and local groups.
- Work with Marketing to ensure strong sign-ups for classes, camps, and birthday parties.
- Oversee daily operations, financial reporting, and membership management.
