- Planning and monitoring of live anomalies activities
- Liaise and follow up with site technicians to ensure the execution of all assignments within given time frames in accordance with company and statutory requirements
- Dispatch instructions to the preventive fleet maintenance
- Coordinate all dispatching actions and transportation routing of vehicles from one station to another

Responsibilities:
- Fleet Strategy & Optimization:
Develop and execute fleet management strategies that align with operational goals, sustainability and budgetary targets.
- Fleet Operations:
Oversee day-to-day vehicle operations including utilization, maintenance scheduling, repair management and fuel consumption.
- Fleet Business Development:

- Team Leadership:
Lead, train and motivate a team of fleet administrators, mechanics and operations staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in logistics, vehicle leasing, and/or fleet management, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of various vehicle leasing models, financial implications, and contract negotiation.
- Experience with fleet management systems (FMS) and telematics tools.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. LTA, NEA, TP).
- Proven track record of cost reduction, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
