**Your New Role.**
As a Sr. Project Manager in the PDM PMO Team you will support both the PMO and our Program Delivery teams across the following crucial areas:
+ Support the PMO Manager in launching new PMO initiatives and helping to manage change to tools and processes
+ Provide training in project and program management best practices, supported by the PMO Manager
+ Providing support and advice to Delivery Teams in Project and Program best practices
+ Support the PMO Manager in the day to day running of the PMO. This may include all or part of the following:
+ Collating status reports
+ Facilitating Program Meetings and PMO workshops
+ Documentation and configuration management
+ Maintaining and improving templates and artifacts
+ Recording minutes and tracking actions of key governance sessions
+ General Administrative tasks to support the department including but not limited to: Recruitment, Timesheeting, Shared Calendar, Training, Financial Management, Maintenance of DLs, Org charts
+ Managing discrete projects/sub programs in support of Senior Program Managers in the PMO/PDM. This may include all or part of the following:
+ Define the work plan and responsibilities for delivery
+ Coordinating activities across multiple teams and territories in line with the project plan
+ Recording minutes and tracking actions of program/project sessions
+ Managing risks and issues to delivery and escalating when appropriate
+ Ensuring quality of project and program deliverables
+ Providing reports on project/program status to the PMO Manager and Senior Program Manager(s)
+ Maintaining high standards of project and program best practices, suggesting process enhancements
+ Establishing constructive relationships with business, product and technology teams
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Proven experience within a similar Project Manager or Project Administrator/Coordinator position
+ Demonstrate proactiveness, attention to detail and quality in everything you do
+ Have a 'can do' attitude, will lead by example and be prepared to go the extra mile when needed.
+ Be reliable, highly organized and have the drive to bring order and structure to the projects' environment you'll be working in.
+ Have experience or exposure to the end to end project lifecycle
+ Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent prioritization skills in order to balance key priorities
+ Pride yourself on your strong communication skills, both written and oral
+ Experience working within a Media or Technology organisation
**Desirable**
+ Formal project management training
+ Experience working with Agile development framework (Scrum / Kanban)

What you'll do

  • Ensure accurate inventory valuation, reconciliation, and analysis, including Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and work order variance analysis.
  • Perform product margin analysis and collaborate with Operations and the Site Controller to address costing and margin issues, providing scenario analysis to support decision-making.

  • Lead the annual inventory reserve exercise and coordinate year-end inventory counts with external auditors.
  • Manage the rolling forecast and annual budget preparation processes.
